Vacation rentals with lake access in Morgan County

I stayed here with a group of 16 guys, all in our mid-20s, and we had an incredible time. The house was absolutely perfect. Everyone had their own place to sleep and their own bathrooms which made it super comfortable. It's located down a quiet backroad with very friendly neighbors, which gave us a peaceful and private setting. There’s so much to do for a big group: relaxing on the dock by the fire while watching TV, grilling on the porch, or hanging out in the garage playing ping pong, darts, and basketball. We also played a round at Osage National, an Arnold Palmer designed course, about 20 minutes away and easily the best I’ve ever played. Another highlight was a boat cruise on the lake with Playing Hooky, which was a blast. While the local bar scene was great, we honestly spent most of our time enjoying everything the house had to offer. I highly recommend this place for large groups there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderfully peaceful time here. The lake was quiet and the lap lap sounds in the night were meditative. The mist on the lake most mornings made for some excellent photography. And best of all, Josh and Alycia's home feels like home, and we really appreciate that feeling. The cottage has everything we needed and so many thoughtful touches. The fenced back yard was perfect for Rory, who decided that he is a "lake dog" and lay down on the dock with his head hanging over every chance he got. We hope to visit again often.

Very comfortable place to stay for a medium sized group. There was 6 adults 1 baby and a dog. Nice sized decks to hang out when the weather is right and a large enough table inside for board games. We all had a good weekend

Great house perfect location no complaints will be rebooking for the summer fun.

Just like the times I’ve rented from Colby before. Everything was spotless on arrival, let alone effortless on my part. Great communication, easy access to his place. Let alone being extremely sociable and offering help in anyway he can. I’ll definitely be back.

We had the best time! It was right across the lake from Lake Burger. We took kayaks and we went there a few times. Fun for everyone and they had great entertainment! It had beautiful sunset views over the water, and the fishing from the dock was excellent! There is a little glider swing on the porch and also a little swing on the dock. Both were great places to sit and enjoy morning coffee or the sunset in the evening. We would definitely go back!

Wow, what a great place! The condo alone is gorgeous and has everything you need to make it a super time away from the ho hum of everyday life. It's impeccably clean, with very comfortable beds and the kitchen is amazingly well stocked. It's very modern and so cutely decorated that you don't want to leave. But there's so much to do with the swimming pool only a few steps away and lots of fun things to do in town as well. The deck is so relaxing that I fell asleep listening to the birds and stargazing. You can watch the turtles and fish come and go in the cove right from the deck. John and Cindy are great hosts and provide top notch instructions/information and easy check in to make it a very comfortable vacation. Very easy to communicate with them. Wonderful 5 star stay. Book it. You won't be disappointed! Can't wait to go back...but for longer.

Very comfy small home! Perfect for my partner and I. From coffee in the morning to games to play during spare time, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a problem with the key pad but Fern was awesome and made sure after she reset the code that it was working great. The Condo was clean plenty of supplies. We were happy with our stay!

This was a stay of convenience for us as opposed to driving back and forth from Wisconsin two weekends in a row. My sister and I both worked remotely all week and our was quiet and plenty of space for us to both work without disrupting the other. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and bars for our evenings. If I'm back in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Loved how much pace there was for our family! Loved all the essentials in the bathrooms, loved how stocked the kitchen was. Lots of extra blankets. Loved how they had a wagon, and beach bags and extra stuff for pool was awesome. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Will definitely come back and stay again! Host was very responsive and helpful!!

This unit is a step above any other place I have rented at the lake. New, clean and very comfortable. Beds and furniture were great for a family of 5 on a rainy weekend when we spent a lot of time inside. Kitchen is fully stocked, had everything we needed. Straight walkout to pool and patio is a plus. Quiet complex, great host, nothing but good to say!

The condo was perfect! We comfortably fit six adults and three toddlers. The furniture was very comfortable and it came with a well stocked kitchen. A big bonus was the screened in porch that overlooked the lake as well as the pools! There is a nice pool that’s about two minute walk from the condo. The condo did not have a grill, but there appeared to be a community grill at the pool. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect last minute getaway to wrap up the summer! The location was amazing. Quiet and serene even on a Holiday weekend! Jon was always available and so helpful. My favorite place was relaxing in the hammock on the dock while the boys were fishing. Will definitely be back in the spring!!!

I'm been many times in Ozarks rent whit AIRBNB and this house it's my favorite one, get all you need and feels like home. plus they built a new Deck whit incredible views. Dock are Old but stable really Good for swimming.

We stayed at this cottage for a few days and absolutely loved it. The stunning lake view brought a unique sense of calm, and the area itself was simply amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to everyone. Among the places I researched, this was one of the best. If I were to return, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Our host, Brian, was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Fortunately, we had no issues with the villa, and we are so grateful for everything. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Very cute house in a nice cove! Me & my girlfriend loved fishing off the dock & hanging out by the fire at night. The lighting around the trees & dock at night definitely added to the atmosphere! Bed was very comfortable with memory foam pillows! Location was great, we went to the bait & tackle shop multiple times, the Town & Country grocery store, and multiple food places not far from the house. We also loved The Littlest Chocolatier for coffee & chocolates. Overall we had a great stay!

This house is a wonderful getaway area! Super peaceful and nice people everywhere you go! It’s in a good location, not too far from anything fun around the lake and the dock access is so nice. It was clean and comfortable and cozy! Katie was super helpful and responsive and easily let us extend our stay! Would definitely recommend and go back!!

Absolutely beautiful spot to unwind and take in the peace and quiet of the lake. The cabin was beautifully decorated, pristine, with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely lakefront views. Hosts were amazing, attentive and accommodating ! Highly recommend this spot for your next getaway!
