Welcome to our SWS Ozark Retreat on mile marker 12, near the Bagnell Dam strip. This top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been completely remodeled. Comfortably fit six guests. Relaxing views close to all the action! 2 bed 2 bath lake front condo with patio. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the lake as well as the pool and hot tub. Master has a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom and the other room has a bunkbed with a queen and full bunk on top. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances. There is also washer and dryer in the condo. When you finally decide to venture out, you will be pleased to find a smorgasbord of entertainment and food nearby.

There is a separate entrance to the upstairs apartment. Close to Restaurants, Lake and Boat access. Parking space for 2 vehicles and Boat trailer if needed. No pets! Excellent Located! This place was great! A few of my friends and I were looking for a weekend getaway for spring break and this could not have been a more perfect spot. Very close to the bagnell dam strip which was a fun area for shopping and restaurants. The condo was beautiful and fit everyone comfortably. There were also plenty of games to play in the house which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. The blackstone on the balcony was awesome for a grill night. The pool wasn’t open when we were there but we were able to sit and chill by the dock. The basketball court on the property was also a fun activity for us as well. Overall, a great location and a great place for all ages. The cove was quiet and we had a beautiful view of the lake, but the dam strip was nearby when we were ready for some night life.

This is a great condo unit if you are attending a conference at Lodge of Four Seasons and don't want to stay there. It is quiet, plenty of room (nice that all three of our people had their own bathroom). We rented three condos and this one ended up being the one the group hung out in if they had a little down time. Sherri was a great host and responsive if we had any questions. Definitely recommend!

Kristin’s place was perfect! By far one of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed at. She was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and responded quickly each time. The unit was stocked with so many things as well. From kitchen supplies and even pool accessories to fun games for everyone to enjoy! We can’t wait to come back and stay again next summer!!

I can’t speak highly enough about our stay and the communication. This is a perfect location for us because it’s only a couple min from the strip and close enough to the other lake locations it doesn’t take any time to get there. It’s a very clean unit description is exactly as listed ! The view is amazing!! I personally fell in love with the balcony furniture!! If I had to pick out any one item that wasn’t a 5 it would have to be the trash dumpsters, and that isn’t his fault to be honest they are very doable and I understand the location because they keep a very clean parking lot and location but I wanted to show how hard you have to look to come up with something that wasn’t a complete 5 or higher. (Why the dumpster? Because your in the ozarks so all the condominiums in the area have a slope to their driveways. Nothing you can’t walk just a little more strenuous, but you can also drive right up to them . We will be staying again!!

Val was a great host and was always quick to respond to our requests. The view of the Lake was amazing. The accommodations were fitting for our group. We were close to restaurants and grocery store. The strip was just a few minutes away with several bars and shops. I thought it was a great location and would definitely recommend staying at Val's place.

this place exceeded my expectations! the pictures don't do it justice! my new husband and I really enjoyed the lakeview balcony and relaxing in the hammock! I commented several times to him how pleasantly surprised I was by the place for the price. thank you so much! :)
