Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Morgan County

we stayed overnight and the location could not have been any more perfect for the event I was attending. The instructions were clear and they were proactive about making sure you understood them. Unit was clean and as pictured. There are numerous walkable sites nearby. I would definitely consider staying again.

Phil was a wonderful and gracious host! Directions for checkin and check out were amazing, and he had fantastic suggestions and helped with parking suggestions. The space itself was perfect and spacious. Well equipped with all things we could need. Waiting walking distance to all the things downtown. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again next time we are in Indy. Thanks again Phil!

Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful and clean! really good stay for the price! The neighborhood was safe and people were walking around on that beautiful day!

Out of many places we've stayed in Bloomington when visiting, this was our favorite. Clean and comfortable. We'll prioritize staying here every time we return.

Great place! It was easy to check-in and the location was very convenient. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

My family was obsessed with this place! The kids loved the upstairs “kid’s club”! Everything was perfect honestly. We just wish we had more time there to use the fancy kitchen and sit on the large porch. Rainy weather restricted us but we would love to come again to explore Indy more!

This place was a great find—very clean and exactly like the pictures and description. It’s in a convenient location, close to a store and several restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the TV had access to all the shows and movies we wanted. Overall, it was a great value for the price and a comfortable stay. The only downside was the dog kennel next door. We could hear dogs barking early in the morning from both the living room and master bedroom, which might be an issue for light sleepers. However, the second bedroom was much quieter and didn’t pick up the noise, so that may be a better option for sleeping in. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how well-kept and thoughtfully stocked the place was.

Great place to stay if you are visiting IU. Tracy is a 5 star host. Excellent communication and very proactive. The home is in pristine condition with clean comfortable bedding and linens and plenty of towels. We are repeat visitors to this property and will be staying again.

Adam's home is a beautifully updated space - very inviting and looks exactly like the pictures. It was mild early March weather and we especially enjoyed the backyard! We had never stayed in Windsor Park, it is a fun and eclectic neighborhood. Although we prefer Broad Ripple, we always felt safe and enjoyed walking to Mass Avenue and The Garage.

Great spot. VERY clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. I was in town for an event at the high school my kids were participating in, so this location was ideal for that.

This place is amazing -- plenty of space, walkable to many restaurants and shops, beautifully decorated, comfortable, great kitchen, and very clean. A+

We had a great stay in Michael’s home. Loved the spacious common areas (bigger than appears in photos), the live house plants and the backyard grilling area.

Ben was a great host and was very responsive to all my questions before arriving! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for an air bnb in the Indy area. Super close to downtown and a short uber ride away.

Absolutely loved staying at James’ place and would stay again in the future! He provided helpful recommendations and his check-in and check-out instructions were very thorough, which is always appreciated. He is a super friendly and responsive host. I definitely recommend staying here! It is gorgeous and in a wonderful area!

Thomas's condo in downtown Indianapolis is a great place to stay: walkable to everything downtown (we did not have or need a car). Check-in was a breeze. The condo itself was spotless clean, neatly appointed and had everything we needed. And finally, my contact for the condo was with Griffin and he was super responsive, helpful, easy to communicate with, and great all around. I've stayed at many AirBnBs around the world and this one was one of the best.

We had a wonderful visit to Indianapolis, while staying in Terri's home. We enjoyed the comfortable feeling Terri's home provided us. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee she supplied and creamers. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope Terri's place will be available. We also enjoyed her home because of the location, walkable option from Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center. Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

This was the perfect house for my friends and I to come visit! Highly recommend. Communication with the hosts was easy and we always got a very quick response. The house was in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. The directions provided were very easy to follow and the property seems very well maintained.
