Quiet South London flat, 40 mins to Central London

This entire ground floor apartment in Cashalton Beeches with parking space has a marble kitchen, luxurious walk-in shower (no bath), dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer and good TV channels. It's a safe, comfortable and pleasant place to spend your time! The train station is less than 10mins walk with direct London trains taking under 40mins. Bedroom features a double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The private patio in the back has a table and chairs for relaxing/dining.

If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. Private garden summerhouse with full bathroom and kitchen at the back of our garden. The summerhouse is newly built, has full bifolding glass doors and it includes a Smart TV with Utra Fast WIFI. Our house is 5-minute walk from the heart of Wimbledon City Centre and Wimbledon train, tube, and tram station. There is a wide variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. The property is tucked away in a quite road and has a modern garden with a beautiful mature cherry tree.

Independent annex with parking (on request)

In our back garden an independent guest annex. The room has its own entrance at the back, privacy glass at the front & a comfy bed. The space is heated and comfortable. It has Internet a TV , small fridge, & microwave. We have a delicious cafe 3 minutes walk away opposite Sainsbury's plus Earlsfield station is a 5 minute walk. Perfectly located for Wimbledon and 25 minutes away from Central London by train. Lots of bars & restaurants walking distance.Parking permits can be organised.
