Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 meters from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy beach promenade. On the cottage's roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. To Mörbylånga C with restaurants, cafés and grocery store, it is about 800 meters. Outdoor gym, paddle tennis court and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C, there is also bike rental. On southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivated landscape.

Fresh cottage with air heat pump for heating/cooling near Beijershamn Nature Reserve, Vickleby noble deciduous forest, Haga Park swimming area and Öland's herb garden. Close to much of what makes Öland unique. Fully equipped kitchen, toilet, shower, TV and WiFi, bedroom with double bed 160 cm. On the property, there are two cottages, one of which is occupied by us, the owners. The cottage we rent is best suited for two, but there are four beds with sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room and double bed (160 cm) in the bedroom. Bed linens/towels can be rented.

The accommodation is located on Eriksöre bygata, a terraced town with well-preserved farms under the country castle. The Landborgen is a limestone slope that stretches across the whole of Öland. The grounds are green and hilly. The house is a small red cottage, in the middle of the historic buildings of Eriksöre. There are older windmills, barns and stone cellars. By car or bicycle, you can quickly get to Öland's beaches, sights such as Capellagården's craft school, the World Heritage Site for Sydöland's agricultural cultural landscape and Alvaret.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area for at least six people. Fresh bathroom. Wifi is available throughout the cottage. Cot and high chair are also available. The cottage is close to nature with walking distance to Mörbylånga center and swimming areas. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cabin and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

A bright and fresh holiday home in quiet Bredingestrand. The cottage area has its own private swimming area! Several nice beaches are available to visit in the neighborhood. The house has a cozy porch with grill and evening sun. There is also dining table outside in the garden, amenities like WiFi and AC. Swedish and German TV. From here you can reach the South Island's rich selection of art, food and nature. The house is located four km from Mörbylånga with a good range of shops, cafes, restaurants and services.

The cottage is located on the southwestern side of Öland in the village of Kastlösa. In 10 minutes' drive, there is Mörbylånga with a grocery store and restaurants. To the south, there are excursion destinations such as Ottenby and Ekeborgstorp. Beaches and the sea are only a few kilometers away.
