The home was very clean and up to date. All appliances were new and worked great. The kitchen was well stocked, from spices to snacks, from cold bottled water to pots/pans. Bathrooms were nice sized, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo. The neighborhood was lovely and safe. We caught fish in the backyard! Great place for wildlife viewing, saw many turtles and various birds. The two main beds are low--this is pictured in the images that are included with the listing--just something to keep in mind. The mattresses are comfortable. Location is ideal--grocery stores, restaurants are nearby. Beaches are close by. (The garage has beach chairs, umbrella, too!) The host is easily accessible--returned all my texts in just minutes!

Amazing place. Beautiful views, private, quiet, and peaceful. Unit equipped with a lot of kitchen supplies. Host was responsive and flexible with moving our dates, adding new dates, and checkin and out. Host was friendly and quick to fix issues within the unit. We are already planning to come back again this year and next year. We can’t wait!

I had a really nice stay. Mayelin and her husband where very responsive and very friendly. I work out of town and it is always great to meet and have a conversation with friendly people. They made me feel right at home. Their place was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I would like to say Thank You for providing me with such a nice friendly place to stay.

Very walkable and quiet neighborhood close to downtown restaurants. We slept very well in the bed, which was very comfortable and kind to our backs. The unit was very well-equipped, with kitchen needs such as coffee and even beach chairs provided. Our hosts were very responsive and the stay was wonderful.

The location and the house were perfect for my family!! It was wonderful how close it was to everything we wanted to do on our trip! We all loved spending time outside in the backyard and my kids loved going in the pool! Hosts were responsive and helpful, we had a great stay!! We had a great stay at Cornwallis Escape. Our host was responsive and the house was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The home is beautifully kept with a lovely beach decor and friendly neighbor's. In the morning out side on the dock or pool side, look to your right it's a gorgeous sunrise. In the evening , look to your left and it's a spectacular sunset. You most certainly won't want to leave.

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

Tracis place was perfect for my mother and I to stay for 3 nights while in town for a wedding. The home was so cozy and we felt right at home. Location is great to downtown and local coffee shops. Traci was an incredible host and everyone else who paid for a hotel elsewhere were jealous of our digs! Thanks Traci!!

We thoroughly enjoyed Miguel’s home. He was always very responsive when I had questions. His home was very clean and extremely well maintained. The jacuzzi was a wonderful way to end every day there. The patio furniture was very comfortable and I enjoyed reading and drinking my tea there each morning. My only suggestion is few more kitchen items. I knew it was a fairly new listing so we were happy to purchase a few inexpensive items to add to his kitchen. Would absolutely stay there again!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It is very convenient to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and grocery shopping. We love the private pool area (very nice and clean). Very comfortable spot for a family vacation. We would definitely return again in the future.
