Beautiful 3 level lake front home right by the water with no steps to the dock. Plenty of room for large groups of people and great for families with kids. Five bedrooms with a bonus room that has plenty of extra beds. Located less than a mile from public boat ramp. Located in quiet cul-de-sac, on a cove with no wake next to the main channel. If there are any dates that are blocked off that you want please message us because we may have some blocked off dates that we can open up for you.

Tims Ford Lake is the best family vacation all year and we have the best view on the lake. We're on Lost Creek with 4 bedrooms, a bunk room, 3 full baths, game room, 2 large decks, a dock with a Hydrohoist and Jet Ski lift. Our cove is off the main channel so no direct boat traffic. It's 10 minutes from Jack Daniels Distillery and the State Park with hiking/biking trails and the fabulous Bear Trace Golf Course. We're on a cul-de-sac in a secluded neighborhood with the best sunsets.

We had a great time during our stay! The listing is in a very good pace for going to Nashville, Lynchburg and Chattanooga all in one trip. The home was cozy and clean. And everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay again.

Jennifer was super easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful family get together! Beautiful lake view and super nice dock.

The game room is equipped with a ping pong table and a dartboard. The space features a seating area with a brown couch and a decorative rug. A dining table with green chairs is present, alongside an arcade machine and natural wood accents around the room.

My friends and I have visited this air bnb twice now. Both times for a bachelorette party. We have loved every second of it and love this house and location. Everything was clean and easy to access.

Monica's place was absolutely wonderful! We'd been guests before, under the previous owners. Monica and her husband have updated the place beautifully! You won't find a cleaner, more comfortable, & peaceful get-away. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensure all our needs were met. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Camp ground is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing with all the amenities. The fifth wheel is spacious, well appointed and super cozy. Stephanie was very helpful and a wonderful host. I highly recommend.

The stay was completely amazing. I was there for 52 days and it truly felt like I was home everyday. Dale and Ginney are fantastic people. They gave me plenty of space to get settled in and they were always there when I needed anything. I gained more than just hostess and friends when I was there. I truly gained family. I loved living with them and getting to know them. To be out of town and able to completely trust the place I was at is such a great peace of mind. If I'm ever in the area again I know I have an amazing place to stay. I am 100% satisfied with my choice to stay with them. You will be too.

Wonderful stay! There are really no words to describe how great a time we had! It is such a convenient location to JD and the cute Lynchburg square. Kevin is a phenomenal host who wants to ensure you have an unforgettable visit. 10/10 we will be back again!
