We welcome you to our renovated 30m2 T2, on the ground floor of our family house with its independent entrance, facing south with wooded garden. We are located in an Isérois village benefiting from local shops (10 min walk) bakery, farmer's shop, tobacconist- grocery store, hairdresser, snack-pizzeria. Not far from Vienna 15mn (antique theater, market, museum ...), Pilat park and its Côtes Rôties, Lyon 35 minutes away, St Exupéry airport, 1st ski slope at 1h15.

Beautiful and large apartment in a fully renovated farmhouse located in a pretty little village near the famous vineyards (Condrieu, Côte Rôtie, Croze Hermitage and Saint Joseph). This apartment is decorated with a lot of character and is located within a gated property with a large park. There is a nice private terrace facing south. Carpark included for one car It is therefore an ideal place for those who want to go green and seek calm.

The house of Marion & Julien is tastefully furnished with a lot of love for detail. It is located in the cute little village of Chavanay above the Rhône. There are small restaurants and a grocery store. The Way of St. James also runs along here. I was received very kindly, and Julien got up a little earlier especially for me to allow me to have breakfast. Highly recommend!
