At equal distance from Saint Germain des Pres and Montparnasse, and the fashion boutiques of Sevres Babylon, on the 3rd floor of the elevator, very bright, located on a quiet street and on an old convent garden. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio.
