Very spacious, comfortable, impeccably equipped, excellent 4G network coverage, the house offers everything you need to feel at home. The large fenced garden was a real plus for our two doggies! The views from the house are great wherever you are and the sunsets are beautiful! The many amenities available (raclette, bikes, foosball, chess...) have made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is ideally located for exploring the surroundings: Lac d 'Etival and various hiking departures within 10 minutes of the house, most of the sights only 30 to 45 minutes drive. We stayed for a long weekend at this place. Everything was perfect. Hosts available and very nice. Clean and above all very quiet accommodation. Nothing was missing. We would recommend.

Christian's house is very beautiful, pleasant and well maintained. It was ideal for a week-long stay for two families with teenagers. There is plenty of space and everyone was able to have their place. And the surrounding nature is beautiful.

We were looking for an ideally located accommodation that could comfortably accommodate a family of 4. This place met our expectations perfectly. We also greatly appreciated the responsiveness of our host, the easy access and the calm of the place.

Geneviève and Roger's apartment is as it appears in the listing. We loved the charm of the entire apartment with the woodwork, the stone walls, the touches of romance with the candles, the decorations and then we were impressed by the hosts' desire that their tenants feel at home with everything necessary and even more (games, books, a piano, blankets and cushions, plants, many bath towels, good bedding, etc.) Our stay was fantastic and if we return to the area, we will definitely stay with Geneviève and Roger again.

Very pleasant stay for 4 adults. The bedrooms are large enough and have storage so that all our belongings are tidy and the living room remains pleasant for 4. The decor is pretty and the 2 double beds comfortable. The fenced garden is a plus. Very quiet small residential street. Indeed, we always found a place to park. Modern, well-equipped and comfortable apartment...in the middle of nature. Many activities to do on site or within 20 minutes drive... It is even possible to skate on the Lac de l 'Abbaye below the apartment... great sensations

Nothing to report, welcoming host, the accommodation was clean with beautiful views of the city and with very good value for money.

We had a great stay! Linens, towels and soap/detergent were provided in large quantities. The apartment is cleaned and the kitchen superbly equipped. When we had a problem with the heating, the owner was there immediately and helped us. The view directly onto the lake is fantastic, but the only thorough road leads directly past the house, so it can be heard very loudly on the balcony. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the apartment, we felt very comfortable

We felt right at home in Jean-Christophe's beautiful apartment: a beautiful roof terrace with lovingly planted and well-kept flowers and shrubs. Thanks to the roof, you can sit outside and enjoy the view very well, even in changeable weather. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can cook well! And the apartment is nice and quiet and the beds are cozy. Jean-Christophe always responded quickly and we'd love to come back next time we're in Besancon.

Very nice apartment on the ground floor of a very nice villa with stunning views of Lake Clairvaux a few hundred meters below. Finally a rental without a lockbox! We were welcomed by the hosts Hélène and Jean-Claude who immediately put us at ease with their charisma and kindness. A small medical problem for my wife was quickly solved by Hélène's connections. The apartment, very quiet and super comfortable, is large and has all the essentials for a pleasant stay. We also enjoyed the bottle of Jura rosé wine that was waiting for us in the refrigerator...No worries either with the parking of the vehicle which had its reserved place, all in a secure environment. A very high level rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Ben's place. The apartment was spotless and it had all of the required amenities. The best feature has to be the unobstructed view of the lake, just a few meters away. Very conveniently located, close to the old town and the local attractions. Highly recommended.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!
