Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Superbe appartement de standing moderne et rénové

Goûtez l'élégance de cet appartement exceptionnel rénové avec goût dans un quartier agréable au charme parisien. Proche théâtres, restaurants, gare SNCF à 3 minutes à pied et nombreux commerces à quelques pas de l’immeuble. Ce logement dispose d'une grande chambre séparée et sa salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne. Bel espace de vie avec cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon. Très lumineux avec grandes fenêtres sur une rue en sens unique. Avec un petit ascenseur pour monter les bagages au 3ème.

Appartement très paisible, traversant, décoré par architecte avec matériaux nobles, respectant l'ambiance d'un appartement parisien haussmannien typique. Au 5 ème étage avec ascenseur et balcon. Le lieu idéal pour explorer la vie parisienne pleine de paradoxe, entre flânerie et frénésie culturelle, puis se reposer. J'y vis, et il est donc habité par l'âme des choses qui m'accompagnent. Situé au coeur du quartier Daguerre (histoire artistique, images d'Agnès Varda, rue piétonne, parcs)...

Magnifique 4 pièces de 75 mètres carré au 2 ème étage avec ascenseur (2 personnes), idéalement situé dans le 14 ème , rue Daguerre (rue piétonne et animée). Vous serez au cœur de la capitale dans un quartier typiquement parisien, particulièrement agréable, riche en commerces de proximité de qualité et de nombreux restaurants, bars parisiens avec terrasses situés dans la rue Daguerre. La rue Daguerre est à elle seule, un lieu unique, un petit village où il est agréable d’y séjourner.

Quiet traditional Parisian apartment in a 19th Century dressed stone building and street on 5th floor with elevator : double living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and washing machine/dryer), balcony and private underground parkplace (4 minutes on foot). I furnished and decorated it with love, including paintings. In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.
