Entire stately home with private garden

The town, Monterubbiano, is about 15 minutes from the sea. The location is very beautiful, overlooking the Aso valley and the panoramic views range from the Sibillini mountains, also known as the blue mountains, to the Adriatic sea. The sea and mountains are within easy reach within a few kilometers. Le Marche is a land rich in art, history and flavors. Entering the hills, you will discover small farms that produce typical products and a large number of wineries where you can taste excellent wines!

The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard.
