Vacation rentals with a patio in Montmorency

We had a great stay in Leah’s apartment. It was really quiet and peaceful as it’s at the back of the apartment block. Everything was super clean when we arrived, and very easy to find and access with the instructions. Perfect location as we walked there 10 minutes from the Eurostar, and it’s one minute walk to the metro to go out each day. Plenty of bakeries and food shops nearby for breakfast and supplies. Lovely restaurants a short walk away as well.

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping mall, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the room, the room is fully equipped, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the Host is warm and hospitable, I will choose this room again next time I come to Paris!I love Paris!!

We highly recommend this stay! 🔹 Safe & quiet area Peaceful neighborhood with a nearby school. We felt safe, even walking at night. 🔹 Convenient location 2 supermarkets and a metro station are within 10 mins. Very handy for daily needs. Few restaurants nearby, so plan meals ahead. 🔹 Simple & comfy room Clean, cozy, on the 2nd floor — easy and pleasant to stay in. 🔹 Washer-dryer issue The machine is quite loud, especially during spin. We used it at night, thinking it was okay, but it disturbed the neighbors — really sorry 😢 We were out most days, so timing laundry became difficult. We even had to skip parts of our trip to avoid late-night use. This was the only downside for us. ✨ Aside from that, everything was great. The host was kind and responsive. Apologies again to the neighbors 🥲

Staying at Clarisse's apartment was absolutely outstanding! The host was extremely hospitable, courteous, and helpful – always available, quick to answer any questions, and ready to provide valuable tips. The apartment itself is a real gem – spacious, tastefully decorated, offering comfort that makes you feel at home. An additional advantage is a quiet neighborhood, conducive to relaxation, and at the same time great communication with both tourist attractions and the airport. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the metro stop, which makes getting around extremely convenient. The Franprix store in the neighboring building also deserves a distinction – well-stocked and served by kind people, which makes everyday shopping a pleasure. We'll no doubt be back on our next trip. Absolutely loved my stay at Monica’s!! Was informed perfectly, place is well secure and has enough space for 2. Balcony is astonishing. All the utilities and equipment work perfectly and are in great condition. Will definitely be wanted to stay here again in the near future and will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Paris!!!

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

An incredibly cozy house in beautiful surroundings. Large garden that was excellent for the children, and it was spacious, clean and nice inside. The house was equipped with the essentials, within walking distance to shops (10 minutes) and trains (2 minutes). We took the train directly to the center of Paris, Disneyland and to beautiful Saint Germain en Laye - very convenient. Although the train regularly passes right by the house, we did not experience it as annoying. The host was very nice and helpful, he had good recommendations and tips! We also met the housekeeper who was incredibly nice and helpful. I really recommend this house for traveling with a larger group and children, and the host is amazing!

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

We spent a long weekend at Noemi's place. it is a great place hidden from the busy streets of Versailles. the house was very comfortable with all you need to feel like at home. The weather was great and we spent a couple of late evenings on the terrasse. The train station to Paris is 5 min away. Warmly recommended!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

This was my second visit to Remco's place. The apartment is beautifully designed and it's such a pleasure to spend time in it, and the area of Paris it's located in. Thank you for being such a great host and we look forward to our next visit!

Accommodation fully as advertised, located on a quiet street. Ideal for a passage through Parc Astérix or Château de Chantilly. Kamel welcomes us himself, which is a little extra.
