We welcome you to our Milounette cottage Entrance and private access to your parking space through a motorized gate. You have a courtyard and CLOSED & INDEPENDENT PARKING. This 20 m² cottage includes 1 mezzanine with miller's LADDERS to access the 3 beds (LOW ceiling under roof). NOT suitable for small children. On the ground floor: a bathroom redone in 2021 with toilet, shower, sink, kitchen, living room with TV, table and chairs. Exterior: courtyard + terrace with table & chairs

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!

Le Perchoir: a cozy and warm little nest. 200 m from the bike path, it is conveniently located for walkers of La Loire by bike.
