We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

The accommodation is practically new and modern, a nice bathroom with a window , the apartment is close to all the most useful services, train station, bus , pharmacy , tobacco shop and more , a couple of minutes walk , a great experience and a quiet area. The host Cristian is always available , advice .

Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

Very nice renovation. Impeccable accommodation in the old center, we enjoyed the comfortable bedding and air conditioning in each bedroom as well as the living room. The village is small but there are many amenities, bakery, grocery store, supermarket (100 m from the apartment), gas and restaurants. It was for a stopover not far from the highway, but we felt good there and it made us want to discover the area. Arianna was flawless, always responsive and pleasant. Recommended

The apartment is very nice and spacious, with different types of lighting (a lot of chromotherapy), the location is wonderful, practically on the beach. The terrace is also well equipped with a sitting area and a table with chairs... one thing that I really appreciated is that included in the price there is an umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach right in front and as if that were not enough, the bar/restaurant near the house is really worth it (Filippo restaurant).. we wanted a relaxing holiday with every comfort and we had it... ps: do not miss the sunrise from the immense windows of the living area. The host was always very helpful!

Serenity. Authenticity. Purity. Our family had a delightful stay at Carlo and Stefania’s place, which is set in a charming farming landscape. The view of olive and fig trees and the rolling sunflower hills provided a serene backdrop for our stay. The attention to detail, elegant design, and high-quality amenities added an effortless convenience to our experience. The daily routines included a short drive to the beaches, with cafes, shops, restaurants and local markets nearby. Our communication with Carlo and Stefania was also timely, open and complete. We can certainly recommend this place to those who value a genuine, traditional Italian vacation experience at the Adriatic Sea.
