Villa vacation rentals in Monti, Rome

Welcoming from the first message- super responsive, and so friendly. Just what we needed! Thank you so much for the stay

This was a wonderful stay in a beautifully renovated home. The apartment looks like the photos and our stay was very comfortable. Everything is well thought-out, brand new and in great shape. Mattresses, bed linens and towels are of good quality. Location is very peaceful and not in the dead center of Rome. You can easily walk to many attractions (would take about 30mins). There's a supermarket 2 minutes away, making location more convenient. A couple of nice restaurants are within a few minutes walk as well. Asia was a great host and provided some great recommendations for activities and restaurants.

Matteo's house was our first stop in our fantastic roadtrip with motorcycles in central Italy. The house is maybe even better than the photos , spotless and incredibly stylish. In his big plus , which was also a prerequisite for learning, his cozy and guarded parking that comfortably fits 2 motorcycles of great Cubism.

This is an oasis in a hectic city. Stefano is a fantastic host. It is quite a climb to reach the bus, but once in the bus you are on Sint Pietersplein in 30 minutes. The house is equipped with every luxury. The only thing missing is a washing machine. If you stay like me, three weeks, you must be provided for this or look for a Lavanderia. Stefano also offered to have it done, but I didn't think that was necessary. In short, a fantastic base from which to visit Rome.

Great place for the Vatican, about 15-20mins walking to St Peter's square/Basilica. Public transport nearby. Older condo, but it transports you to older times but with modern amenities. Biggest reason I selected this place was the on-site parking, which is a driveway inside a gate right next to the house, so it's a secured parking area.

Our stay at Antonella’s home was the best Airbnb experience we have ever had! Antonella was so generous and kind and her place was better than we could have imagined. We stayed for a month and could not have chosen a better home. The bus stop right outside the door makes going into the city easy. The yard was so wonderful and we loved being visited by the neighborhood cat every night! Book this place for your trip to Rome, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful holiday in a top location!

This accommodation is in a location that immediately puts you at ease. We spent a lot of time in the garden, enjoying the tranquility. We had everything we needed and experienced the trip in a peaceful and carefree way. Thank you very much.

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

This villa is a hidden gem. In the outskirts of Rome area known as "Castelli", a prime local tourism location with a lot of good food options and restaurants nearby. Outdoor hikes around lake Albano. Also a short drive to Rome city center for daily visit. Villa has many rooms, vintage but well kept. Outdoors is unmatched, spacious, incredible views, pool, soccer pitch, huge garden to relax or dine out. The host is super kind.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Very elegant place, amazing garden and the host is very friendly and supportive. Although it’s not near the downtown but it worth commuting. I would definitely visit them again.

I found the accommodation very easily and Rossana was very helpful and friendly from my first request even before the reservation. Once I arrived I found a perfectly tidy and fragrant room and bathroom, the place is lovely, the photos do not fully do justice to the whole situation as a whole... Then the olive trees, the vineyard, the fresh and clean air: peace I needed and peace I had! I can only hope that the accommodation will always be free when I still need it, I will definitely not look elsewhere for other solutions!

We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this felt like leaving our parents’ home — that same bittersweet feeling of being truly cared for. Love was everywhere — in the space, the people, the air — comforting us and bringing even happy tears. The home was stunning, full of soul and elegance, but it’s the people who made it unforgettable. We're taking back not just memories, but the feeling of belonging. Gianpiero and Eugenia, thank you for everything. You've touched our hearts forever.
