In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. In the heart of the castles, 25 minutes from Beauval Zoo, Montrichard's apartment, located in a gated community, will allow you to visit the area. Decorated and maintained with care, I want you to feel relaxed and at home in this little cocoon. Its surface area is 43 m2 plus a balcony. Located less than a 10-minute drive from the town center of Montrichard where you will find all the essential shops as well as good restaurants. The residence also has a bike storage room.

If you enjoy the authenticity, change of scenery and calm guaranteed in this traditional habitat. It is not an equipped cellar but a real home carved into the hill and inhabited for more than a century. Furnished keeping as much as possible the original materials, it is a cozy and warm nest with a nice well enclosed garden, close to amenities. Summer and winter the temperature is pleasant, with or without heating (very efficient) according to the needs of the weather.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it.
