We loved our stay, it was our first time staying in an air Bnb that the owner also lives in. His personal things were not really visible, so it didn’t feel weird, like I thought it would, felt very much like a regular hotel/ air Bnb stay.the parking was great we never had a problem finding spots on the street for our rental van and pick up truck. We Uber’d to broad street and it was fine. We had a great time the place is clean, spacious and affordable. We would rent this property again.

This home is absolutely beautiful. It has an open floor plan that is spacious, yet cozy, a well-stocked kitchen, a screened porch to enjoy the outdoors without bugs, a private deck attached to the primary suite and very comfortable beds. We had an incident with another Airbnb and had to find a new place immediately. XENOS was very responsive and very friendly. We feel so fortunate to have found this home because not only did we feel much safer in this neighborhood, it was much more accommodating for our group and the amenities were much better than the original unit. I (we) would absolutely stay here again if I visit Nashville in the future.

Second time staying at Diane's place. We enjoying staying at this Airbnb because it is very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect for us as it is near family that live in Tennessee.

Great house twenty minutes from Broadway. If you’re looking for a comfortable place for four to six people to stay that is pet friendly, This is an excellent choice. It has a great big kitchen, a comfortable living room and a cute little fenced back yard to hang out in or let the dog out in. Simple check in, plenty of supplies and towels and lots of parking.

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

Fran’s house is private and in a great location. We appreciate that her home is pet friendly. It is totally enclosed outside, so it was safe for our dog to go out. Her place was perfect for our needs, and Fran is a very accommodating hostess. It was our second time staying there. We love Fran’s place and the East Nashville area!

My husband and our two dogs travelled to Nashville for a continuing education conference. The home was perfect for the four of us. The home was clean, private and just as described. Our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs in the private backyard. Being just 13 minutes from Music City Center, it made an easy commute for the conference and exploring downtown. We hope to come back to Nashville soon, we loved it. Ashley’s home would be our first pick of where to stay!

The cleanest, most well put together, and most cozy Airbnb I’ve used thus far. Very good instructions, very well decorated, extremely clean, pristine bathroom, and the TV automatically signs you out of accounts when you check out. Highly recommended if you need a nice one bedroom Airbnb in Nashville. Also you’re very close to everything downtown.

I can’t explain how much we enjoyed our stay at this amazing house! It was probably the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed at (and I’m a big germ freak!) The location was absolutely perfect for us! Love the neighborhood! The screened outdoor porch was a huge bonus! Just a perfect stay…. Can’t wait to book this house again! Thank you so much Stuart!

This condo was like home from home the moment you walked in it felt clean and welcoming with all things you require. The house was spotless and the washer and dryer was great to get some holiday washing done so you don’t have to take lots of dirty clothes home. The area is very close to Midtown where we frequented most days and nights. We visited the Grand Ole Opry and many other great places and an Uber was only a call away. We walked to Broadway a few times which kept up for and active however we found Midtown was more our style as it’s very busy on Broadway. We visited lots of places and really enjoyed our stay at Carlos and Cheryl’s place thank you for letting us stay we will be back one day ❤️

The condo was perfect for our visit for CMA Fest. Such a great location, bonus: lots of available parking and very safe area. Everywhere we went was walkable & hosts gave great recommendations for restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and entertainment nearby. The place was clean, offered a lot of amenities and we would definitely love to stay there again. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Very comfortable stay! We had one guest who needed sleep on the pull out, and he also thought it was comfortable. The outdoor pool was a short walk away and very quiet. We loved the covered parking and it felt like a very safe neighbourhood.

Will definitely be staying again, great clean stay, only a couple miles from downtown and all the fun!

Katie was such a wonderful host, she was kind and always responded quickly. The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean. We loved the balcony, it was so nice to sit out on and be right by the river. I would highly recommend staying at her condo on your next trip to Nashville. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can’t wait to come back again!

The reviews were right on. Cute decor. Spacious. Comfortable beds. My husband wants to know the brand of the King size mattress. Closets were so big could use it as another bedroom…lol… It was convenient and perfect for our family. Was in Nashville for CMA fest. Close enough to walk but don’t recommend it after a long day at the concerts and night doing stairs at the bars. Having the kitchen saved us a ton of $ on food. There were more amenities in the place than listed on line. I wouldn’t have brought as much stuff if I had known. Quick responses when I had questions. It was a great stay and I’d definitely stay again. Extra notes: It didn’t bother us but since it was CMA Fest don’t expect the quiet time. It got quiet around 2:30/3 AM. Again, we didn’t care. One issue for us was the weed smell. Even with all the signs no smoking or vaping. Chalk it up to CMA Fest. It is smoke free and people should respect that. Great place, great location. Great place to stay. 20 min walk to downtown, but didn’t feel like it. We enjoyed the balcony and saw a good amount of wild life!
