I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The airbnb is lovely, especially the outside patio in their spacious garden. The place is walking distance to the Whissahikon forest which has great trails. Meghan was a friendly and quick communicator. I would say that it's one of the most expensive places I've ever stayed in, out of dozens of airbnbs over the years - the only time I've spent over $200/night before was in downtown San Francisco, and I'm usually very happy with where I stay. I don't think it was overpriced compared to other similar options in the same area, however the entire area seems quite highly priced to me for what it is (a suburb near a forest). Also, note that (as stated on the listing), the kitchen is very minimally stocked. If the price is right for you, though, and you don't plan to cook much, I highly recommend this place for a lovely peaceful getaway!

Great place to stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Our kids enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and sitting area. Was enough space to spread out and relax. Great neighborhood close to many things.

Ann's place is absolutely gorgeous: we loved staying there and really wished we could have stayed longer. We've stayed in well over a 100 airbnbs and this is definitely one of our favorites ever - it's just so unique as well as so comfortable! The guest house itself is perfectly set up for visitors and we loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the creek. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful, but only a 5-10 minute drive from shops and restaurants. Ann is a friendly, welcoming and responsive host and check-in/out were simple. Very highly recommended.

Excellent location. We went to a wedding at the Barley Sheaf Inn and it was two minutes away. New Hope center is 10 minutes by car. Good air conditioning, comfortable beds, nice deck out back. Message Elisa about the turn into the air bnb because it’s a little tricky !

It’s was a great stay! Saracen and Randy and very kind and friendly. Sarge loves food and friends. The chickens are fun, and the fresh eggs are delicious. The views through the window are very beautiful and calming-the sheep, and sunrise beyond the chicken coop. It’s sort of rustic old times and cozy here with lots of land for walking and a nice outing especially in the summer. Great place for children too.

Henry’s place was just what I needed for a short stay. He was communicative and very responsive. Would stay again.

If you are looking for a comfortable, private space close to nature, look no further! This place is half a block to Forbidden Drive and all that the Wissahickon Valley Park has to offer. It is also a (mostly) flat walkable mile to Morris Arboretum. And it had two Adirondack chairs in the yard to sit and enjoy if you want to be outside, but don't feel like walking. Inside, the unit itself is comfortable, particularly the bed and the linens. Great hot water and water pressure in the shower after a long day in the woods. Lovely views and natural light from the windows, and the best spice collection I have ever seen in an AirBnB kitchen. The host was friendly and responsive, adding to the comfort of my stay.

What a great find! Val knows how to create a space that makes you feel right at home. The amenities are better than most Airbnb's. The furniture is pristine, beautiful appliances, and the shower was amazing! Very comfy queen size bed. We had everything we needed here and more. Thank you Val for offering such a nice place to stay! 5 stars all the way!!
