Welcome to "La Casita", a magnificent ground floor with direct access to the garden, completely renovated in June 2022 with luxury qualities and all the amenities to enjoy it all year round. Located in the Marenostrum II development, one of the most sought-after in Denia due to its excellent location (200 meters from the beach) and its quiet and family-friendly atmosphere. In its wonderful gardens you can enjoy large lawns where you can relax, a large swimming pool for adults and another for children.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away and all the essential amenities are nearby. The mountains are another of Dénia's attractions, as well as the coves in the Rotas area. Bed linens and towels are available in the apartment. If you come by bike, you have enough space to leave them inside the house. The area is perfect for bike and motorcycle routes. A crib or playpen can be made available with advance notice.
