Very nice new duplex apartment, luxury chalet spirit, very sunny, magnificent view of the mountains, with an area of 100 m2, located in the village of Montgenèvre. If there is enough snow, ski access at the back of the residence for savvy skiers, free shuttle at the foot of the residence. The accommodation is very well located, 5 minutes walk from all the shops and amenities of the resort too. The duplex includes 4 real bedrooms with windows and 10 real sleeping arrangements.
