Beautiful place. Good beds. A little cold in the main room despite turning heat up but to be fair it was cold outside too. No dishwasher. Beautiful views! Impossible to park car in garage with other cars in front. Maybe a small car would have more luck. But these are just details. Overall great, central spot!

Xavier's place is a wonderful place. You find everything you need inside the apartment, it's extremely clean, everything is very hygienic and organized, not to mention the location, which is very well located, even if it is in the center of the village you can rest without any noise, the bed is very comfortable, it is a very generous and decent person, he let me enter the apartment in advance and it made me very happy. Thank you for everything Xavier and when I return to Caen it will always be my favorite place.

House in a very good location, quiet, sea view, very well equipped, nothing is missing, even boots and rainwear that were very useful for walking. The beds are comfortable. Danièle is very responsive. We arrived late and were able to reach her quickly. Martine welcomed us and showed us the house. They're both very nice. If you want to visit Granville and be quiet, Danièle's house is ideal.

Our goal was to introduce our daughters to the history of this Normandy, mission accomplished. We would highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful house with everything we needed and more. The photos don’t do it justice! We travelled with our 3 and 5 year old children who loved the heated pool and play area. The bbq and gym equipment were an added bonus for my husband and I and we were able to enjoy the lovely garden. Sonia and David warmly greeted us and were on hand if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. The house was immaculately clean and I could only recommend highly to other guests. We explored the nearby areas with markets at Pirou and Carentan as well as local beaches.

Very pleasant stay with my daughter at Benjamin's place. Beautifully decorated, great location and very quiet. Benjamin was very attentive and his instructions were very clear. The house was very cozy and comfortable, and also in a great location, just steps away from the bus and tram stations, and two big supermarkets. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, provided us everything we needed and might have needed in great quantities.
