Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montferrat

Morgan was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating on arrival time. The space itself is spacious, clean, and a pretty rustic decor without leaving out modern comforts. Close to the train station, the accommodation had a special interest for me who was coming by train.

Home with amazing decor and interior! The house is perfectly arranged, spacious and clean. Quiet environment. The host, Cyril, is responsive by message, very welcoming! Parking spaces in front of the house, with a gate closure. Close to the tram/metro, close to the Groupama Stadium/ldlc Arena. We can only recommend discovering this place and all the amenities made by the owners! Everything was amazing!

We had a great welcome from Cathy, in addition to the visit, tips and tricks for visiting the area and fresh comforts awaited us (thanks also for the jam). Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything you need is there. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lake Bourget. We recommend this property.

Spacious and comfortable apartment.

Karine's house is large, with land and terrace, well-equipped, with a nice view. Karine makes room for her guests and is very available and responsive for discussions. The rooms are very large. The house cat comes by to say hello and seems adaptable to passing travelers ;-). You can park in the yard directly, which is convenient. We went for a walk directly from the house.

Great, thank you so much for the welcome and availability. The accommodation is even bigger than the pictures, very quiet neighborhood and easy parking, ideal for leaving the car outside Lyon and enjoying the city by transport. 4th time we've visited the city of Lyon and we love it 🥰

Great stay at Denis's cottage: a small super well-equipped haven of peace that was perfect for our stay with friends. Denis is an onion host. I would highly recommend it!

What a lovely peaceful haven. I was looking for a peaceful, quiet place, well located for hiking every day, I was not disappointed. The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped, and ideally located in the heart of the Chartreuse mountains. Régine is very welcoming, check-in is flexible when possible. She knows how to be present while leaving us alone throughout the stay. I thank her deeply and I will definitely come back, not necessarily in winter. Thanks Régine

Very nice accommodation and very large, close to Iséta for professional training, very close to the lake and the bike path around the lake, at the end of the garden!! Quiet, clean and functional apartment, very pleasant host and provided with valuable local services. Bakery and restaurant just around the corner. Amazing!

Fantastic place, clean, comfortable and very spacious . easy to find and good location for all necessary amenities. Alain in my opinion and a great person, we had a small problem with the keys, and he didn't solve everything in half an hour. Super helpful , I hope to be able to reuse the place next year if it's free again! I would say everything is impeccable

Sophie was a very available host during our stay and responded very quickly to any questions we had. His place is very atypical, charming and enjoyed by the whole family (2 adults and 2 teens). Very well-equipped and ideally located. We did everything on foot. I would definitely recommend.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. Actually don’t want anyone to know about this place it was that good. So really I want to be telling you not to bother. However that would be unfair, it’s a beautiful apartment that’s super quirky but works really well. Very close to the slope with one of the best views in the alps out of the massive balcony window. We will be booking again!

A very pleasant stay in an apartment as advertised and ideally located: avenue des jeux (swimming pool ice rink shops) very close, departure and return skis at the foot of the residence. Ideal apartment for 3 people. Lovely and considerate host, very welcoming. Only small hitch (maybe only in high season) but the owners had nothing to do with it, it's the noise of the disco on the street opposite, especially the people who gravitate around who make noise in the street .. provide quiescent balls so light sleep... especially on weekends. But it's a detail because the apartment is great and the noise makes a little sense in high season in the center of the resort .. Otherwise very little noise, even neighboring apartments. Thank you for this great stay, I recommend ++++

Everything was really well explained for the check in and the studio is very practical and cute. It was great for our Trade show and I recommend it also for visiting Lyon and Bocuse House

We had a lovely week, the accommodation is perfectly located and makes organizing and getting around the area much easier. We particularly enjoyed the view, the calm, the quality mattresses and the cleanliness of the accommodation. It was very hot but I didn't mind. It's always possible to open the window 🙂

Very bright studio, clean, very comfortable sofa bed, beautiful location, ideal for getting to the lake and the Christmas market, the car is secure in the building's parking lot, Marilyn is a very pleasant and accommodating host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
