This beautiful detached 2 under 1 roof house, 900m2 garden, private road, near the cozy Doetinchem (1.5 km to center) and 200m from the Kruisbergse forests. Meadows, horses, beautiful views, (sunset) it is nice to unwind (Private Sauna, swimming pool) and certainly also a playground for children, trampoline, swimming pool, very large garden, children can have a nice go. Fun side effect, feeding and cuddling the chickens and rabbits please :) In short, enjoyable!

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house features a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via carport and driveway, and charging points for electric cars are available.

Welcome in Izzy's spacious studio. The wood stove heats the cozy large space. You can plop down in the sitting area, turn on a record and unwind. For the evening meal, use your own kitchen and dinner at the base table. When the night falls, the four-poster bed will be ready for you. Slide the curtains closed and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. The next day, first the wood stove on and the area will be happy to invite you to a nice exploration!

The Grocery Store holiday home is a tastefully furnished and luxurious village house in Zeddam in Gelderland. This former grocery store dating from 1953 is renovated in style and has various authentic elements such as beamed ceilings. But, the modern luxury gadgets are not forgotten, such as glasfiber WiFi, 55" LED TV with cinema sound, free standing bathtub and rain shower. And yes, there is a real classic Fiat 600 in your living room :-)

Centrally located within the border area of De Liemers and De Achterhoek. This studio is 290 meters away from Didam train station. Arnhem Velperpoort station ( 17 minutes) and Doetinchem Centraal ( 12 minutes) are easily accessible. The supermarket is 100 meters away, the cozy center of Didam at 200 meters. The Guesthouse is available for temporary use. In all cases, you should have and keep your primary residence elsewhere in the world.

Welcome to holiday home Berghzicht, we are located in the heart of the characteristic stream (Montferland). With plenty of sights you will not be bored. In the nearby forest there are several walking routes and mountain bike trails. There are several restaurants nearby and the supermarket is 100m away. The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.

Carriage house on Halsaf Estate

Our Coach House is located in a part of a historic estate. The coach house used to be the space where all the carriages were located and the stables of the horses. The coach house has 4 bedrooms where up to 12 guests can stay overnight. In the spacious living room, you can be together, play games or eat. In the separate kitchen you can cook deliciously or have a nice drink. Please note : the property is not wheelchair accessible.
