Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Montesilvano

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Great experience! Alessia is very kind and super helpful. The house is spacious, clean, tidy and equipped with every comfort, we really felt at home! Mrs. Barbara was really kind and welcoming, she was flexible with our arrival and departure times. The accommodation is brand new and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and Mrs. Barbara also left us coffee and some sweets for breakfast. It was a pleasant stay

So well equipped, you could quite literally live there. Massimo was incredibly kind in leaving some welcome gifts and touches, and was really helpful and pleasant in everything he did and we asked. Would 100% not hesitate to return.

I stayed here this weekend, the house is in a perfect location and the view is wonderful. Elisa, Daniela's daughter, welcomed us and was very kind, moreover super helpful even with my big dog. Like being at home! Fantastic

Fabrizio's place is simply magical, a real hidden gem. The house is comfortable and tidy, the forest in which it is located is beautiful and private, despite being very easy to get there with a short walk. Fabrizio is a professional, kind and helpful person, in addition to welcoming us and showing us the accommodation in a complete way, dedicating time, he showed us hiking trails in Gran Sasso Park that we really appreciated. 5 stars easy!!

Everything was perfect. Tina and her parents were extremely friendly to us! They even lit the fireplace to create a magical and romantic atmosphere! Beautiful mountain views and a peace we haven't been able to find in a long time!

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

Novella’s apartment in Chieti was a great place to stay and explore Abruzzo. Located within walking distance to lots of restaurants and the train station, we were able to move around well. We had a car and there was free street parking for us. Novella’s home is clean and nicely furnished, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Crossing the threshold of the LITTLE HOUSE IN THE VILLAGE was immediately a pleasant experience, and Massimo, the husband of Sandra the owner, was very friendly, full of advice and recommendations. He stepped in immediately, as soon as we let him know that the TV didn't work, solving the problem beautifully. Then, in every corner of the house you can see the great care with which Mrs. Sandra furnished it and made it warm and welcoming; nothing is missing, almost like being at home. Even a smell with Abruzzo oil from their production... a real delight! And then the great kindness of letting us find an Easter dove and a bottle of sparkling wine when we arrived: priceless. Sandra and Massimo, a great couple, kind and caring. Thank you very much for your welcome.

Perfect location! Very warm, traditional apartment. Hosts are lovely! We arrived to fresh homemade pastries, a bowl of fruit, milk, bottled water, spices, and many other kitchen items. Felt like home right away. Will stay here again.

This is already the second time I have used this apartment, which has everything you need to feel at home even for just one night. Very nice people and clean and comfortable apartment!

A very spacious and practical appartment. Bigger than the impression given in the photos. Simply furnished. We especially appreciated the large wardrobes and cupboards and workspace. Very comfortable beds. The washing machine and hanging space on the balcony was very useful and practical. Very safe neighbourhood. Only 6 mins walk from the main stadium. Small good quality shops : fruits & veg, meat, wine, bread & cheese. . Pierluigi's communication was exceptional. He responded to messages within minutes. Following a 5 hour delay due to an accident on the railway lines, he was kind enough to meet us at the station upon arrival and drive us (10mins) to the appartment. He gave us some great suggestions for restaurants. The aging sofa could be replaced and the shower renovated, but this did not spoil our stay in any way. I highly recommend.

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The location is quiet, beech Awsome you can walk for miles and we did. Inside the apartment we didn’t want for anything. A great experience for our first Airbnb 👍 thanks Mila.

We felt very comfortable. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but it is quiet. You have the entire place to yourself, which was fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen are also great. We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back!

Everything was perfect for a couple of days in the snow. Ski lifts 15 minutes away.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

We had the best holiday in Roseto. Emanuela was always available, really friendly and solution-oriented. The location was really nice, a 5 min walk to the beach and the airco in the appartment was amazing!

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!
