Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Montesilvano

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

Farmhouse nothing short of amazing! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The beach is within walking distance. I can't list minus points actually that we experienced during the stay. Super stay and super host. Thank you Simonetta for the warm welcome.

I would like to point out that the review may seem false and I don't always take a lot of length, but this is because it was the best experience I've ever had since I used AirB&B, despite the circumstances of the stay being unpleasant and completely unforeseen😅 Giovanni is an impeccable host, very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to put us at ease and "alleviate" the inconvenience of our stay. The house is beautiful, new, fully furnished and complete with every comfort... even a sofa with a reclining back 😍 (whatever you need, outlets, adapters... in the house you can find it!). Well heated (and air-conditioned, so definitely perfect even in summer). The area is easily accessible by car and nearby, just a short walk away, there is everything (bar, restaurant, pizzeria, tobacco shop). I'll definitely be back in the future, and I'll be back from there.

The place was exactly as described – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Location is perfect, quiet. The hostess was extremely friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The house is located in the most beautiful alley, it has everything you need, spotless clean. Located in an area of Italy that is a hidden gem. But the best part of staying there was the hosts. Sara and Alessandro are the most welcoming, open hearted people I’ve met. They love people, and their village. they host with passion and with patience. I was traveling alone and they made me feel I was home. They also have the best tips for things to do around, and are doing these amazing e bike experiences. The best place to stay when visiting Abruzzo!!!!

Everything was great, we will for sure visit this place again. It was clean, comfy and clean. There were shops nearby, and restaurants as well, so it was easy to grab sth to eat. It wasn't hard to communicate with the owner. She was a very flexible person for our needs - we arrived really late and she was waiting for us. Perfect spot for people that want to feel the atmosphere of Italian life.

Five days were too little compared to the experience of staying in this relaxing and restorative paradise in a fairytale, quiet and quiet context... exactly what I was looking for! I found it after a careful search and I have to say that it was ideal from the listing, once I arrived I could see that it perfectly met my expectations! The structure is very clean, very tidy, modern and complete with everything, there is really nothing missing from the amenities to the surprises left by the owners in the kitchen, which you don't expect and that you really appreciate :) Very kind and helpful hosts who thank you so much for your hospitality. The (beautiful) pool may seem like the differentiating element, but in reality the real plus is the largest balcony overlooking a green expanse of the super peaceful fields. Thanks to the type of stay I spent here I can start working completely rested and relaxed again, I will be back as soon as I can !

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

We can recommend Angelo and his place unconditionally. We felt super comfortable and enjoyed the view. Angelo was always there for us and is a very special person. The tranquility is wonderful and should also be respected towards the neighbors, especially at night.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We had wonderful and relaxing days in Scerne. Scerne itself is a peaceful little resort without hustle and noise. There is a bakery and a small supermarket, ice cream parlor, and these typical Italian bars. Everything on walking distance Beach is a 2-minute walk to a small field via a small field. It is a pebble beach and because we have already read that in the reviews we had such thin sleeping mats and bathing shoes for the children. Always fresh, pleasant wind! The beach is therefore really very nice and not overcrowded in August. The water was very clean and has a beautiful light blue color. There is also a wide meadow strip with palm trees if you want to lie in the shade. Beach bar is also provided. Directly on the coast is a nice bike path and if you want you to go to Roseto ( there are also sandy beaches )or Pineto and there is really something going on, especially in the evening! Marino lends bikes and we used them often. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and music. People are very friendly in general and English is spoken almost everywhere. We had chosen Abruzzo as a holiday destination also because of the unique mountains and it is really breathtaking! A hiking day up there is a worthwhile ( sturdy shoes required! ) It would be a shame to only reduce this area to the beautiful sea! Here are some words about the place: I am very happy to join the other reviews. The family is very, very hospitable and strives to allow the vacationers a nice time. Everything is very lovingly prepared upon arrival! From dishwasher tablets, detergent, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and wine is somehow available! The fridge is filled with water and milk and special highlight: fresh vegetables from their own garden! The family lives upstairs in the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small separate terrace. Everything very clean and maintained! The contact is very unobtrusive and pleasant! The little cute Opi brought us fresh fruit and vegetables every day. There are two curious dogs in the family who are really sweet and like to be petted. Everything was perfect for us! If we can still afford a vacation next year, with all the increased prices in Germany we🤣🤣🤣🤣'd love to come back.

We were hosted in thisapartment and it felt like we were staying at home! Everything clean, a beautiful little garden for our dogs, in the kitchen there was a nice kitchen with coffee, tea available for breakfast and in the bathroom everything you need for hygiene in a single dose pack! The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! This is a great place to stay!! The house is comfortable and clean with everything you need. The location allows you to explore many beautiful towns that are close by and some terrific trails for hiking. If you are looking for more to do, in under 30 minutes you can be seaside.

Amazing hosts and a great place to stay with a beautiful view. Stunning scenery all around and lots of fun towns to visit close by. The hosts made us feel very welcome and were available when needed. We will for sure be back!
