Good Location, Completely Safe, the standalone entrance, so don't bother if you have to go out. Communication is good, clear instructions, clean place, comfortable for a good rest. I'd be happy to go back.

Absolutely lovely stay in Apodaca! Luz Angelica and Arturo are really super hosts who went above and beyond for us during our stay.

Jorge os a Greta host and the apartment is as described, perfect for my needs. Highly recommend. It is the perfect spot for a stay in a working trip to the most important industrial area in Monterrey, it really takes you away from it all allowing you to relax.

It was a very enjoyable stay. Daniela was always quick to reach and helpful. The apartment corresponded to the description, the apartment was easy to find and the access described very well. The area was very quiet and safe. Parking for the car directly in front of the apartment. In the Crystal lagoon there is also a small 7-eleven supermarket., which is very convenient.
