This newly listed, fully equipped apartment stands out at Old Cape Quarter Residences. It is well situated at the hotspots of de Waterkant, yet still peaceful. It comes with underground parking. The large balcony receives sun throughout the day. Colin is a superb host, responsive & accommodating.

A True Home Away from Home The property is stunning, spotlessly clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were attentive and proactive, and the security staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our visit.

I had such a lovely stay, communication was seamless and it was such a beautiful apartment! Very very stunning, smelled amazing and very clean. I respect places that are welcoming in such clean and luxurious spaces, everything was close by and it was easy to check in and check out. Really fell inlove with the apartment I will most definitely be back! Worth the price!

Wat een heerlijke plek hebben Hanno & Nico! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en brandschoon! Het zwembad is prachtig met heerlijk water. Verder zijn de gastheren ontzettend vriendelijk, reageren snel op berichten en hebben allerlei leuke tips voor restaurants en de omgeving! Echt een aanrader!

This home is just that, a rustic home away from home. With facilities every house should have. The added whistling kettle was the cherry on top each day when I needed a cup of tea. One image needs updating as it shows an old fridge when there’s a massive chic fridge. The lounge fireplace has a way of warming the whole lounge area making it cozy. The reading nook is just the most beautiful cutest space there is in the longing area. It is near a small business centre with Woolies, Clicks and Pick n Pay. And a short takeout delivery time for most takeout places (nuri sushi is a must). This property exceeded my expectations and Mikhaela was very helpful and responded in short turnaround times and was always ready to help. I would definitely stay there again.

Our two families of 9 people had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the living spaces were great for our group. Beautiful views from the deck. Darren was incredibly responsive to all needs that arose. Would definitely stay here again!

My group and I had an amazing stay at Russell's place in Capetown. The place was beautiful and had everything we could need for our 5 day stay. What stood out the most though was Russell's hospitality! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Russell for your kindness. We had a fantastic stay at Oliver's place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped and extremely pleasant inside and outside. The location is great, the view is awesome, it gives a feeling of remoteness though very well connected to everything. Perfect to work, to relax or to go hiking around. Oliver was always reachable and helpful. We loved the place and will definitely come back.

Amazing house in a very quiet area of Noordhoek. Everything is as described and even better. Lots of attention to details like qualitative beds, linen, toiletries and a super equipped kitchen. Staying here was lovely. The view of the city is gorgeous and the apartment itself is stunningly decorated to give an at home feel. Which it does so easily. The plants in and around the apartment give it such a nice feel too. Overall it was lovely to stay here. walking distance from everything you could need too. Desk staff are super friendly and helpful

Bruce's AirBnb was perfect! Super clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We received lots of recommendations from Bruce which were very helpful. It was super cozy and we LOVED the balcony where you can enjoy the views with your coffee or tea. I would recommend this AirBnb to anybody visiting Cape Town!

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and felt right at home. Wish we could have stayed longer. We were close to family and felt safe and secure. The views were breathtaking and changed all the time. It was quiet and we felt like we were living in a tree house. Thank you for hosting us.

Great location - next to all sorts of restaurants and central to many things in Cape Town. Safe and very secure. Parking was easy too. The views are incredible. My only gripe is that the bed is a bit short for tall people but besides that it was fantastic.
