Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

Cosy apartment with real fire

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Rome is an amazing city and the studio apartment is conveniently located very close to the Metro and bus station. It had all the amenities we required, Barbara is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive

We loved staying at Bruno’s and Britta’s place. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace and an amazing once in a lifetime view of St. Peter’s basilica. The walk to the Vatican is only 13 minutes, however the area felt quiet, very safe, and less touristy than other parts of Rome we visited. There’s a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Very good transit links are reachable within short walking distance. Britta and Bruno communicated proactively and thoroughly.

A quiet apartment, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a large shaded terrace to enjoy meals outside. Alessandra is very attentive. Great for a romantic stay.

A small and beautiful apartment in a central location for a few days to discover Rome! Especially the balcony is super nice. The area is a bit far from the heavy tourist hustle and bustle and still offers some good bars and restaurants. All major attractions are within easy reach

The place was perfect for our stay. supermarket next door for all our needs, within 5 minutes of connections and buses into Rome. Simon was exceptionally helpful and even sent people to the apartment to help us with something. excellent communication all along. would highly recommend for a group stay. eight of us including two kids and we cooked dinner each night and slept super well. the room with a double and single has an en suite which worked for us. thank you Simone!

both the hosts were very nice and responsive. place was clean, functional and had enough bedding to accommodate a family like us with 2 kids. It is right next to the train station and just a couple of mins walk to the super market. we had a very comfortable stay. they even arranged a high chair for our 10 month old on short notice. overall it was a very nice experience and definitely recommended

From the start Daniela was very friendly, helpful and an amazing host. Her apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. A great location for Marco Simone Golf Club and only a short uber ride away from central Rome. Highly recommend.

Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us plenty of little tips to ensure that our stay went smoothly. The space was spacious and impeccable. The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the accommodation as well as a large supermarket. It's very convenient.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

A small oasis of peace. This charming cottage is located in a peaceful area, along the ruins of a beautiful aqueduct. My stay was, as I imagined, very pleasant. Special mention for Francesca, Manlio's daughter, who welcomed me warmly and did me a favor as soon as I arrived. I fully recommend it!
