Villa Monacelli - private villa with swimming pool

PeytonRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

Villa with private pool 500 meters from the beach

LouiseRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!
A private swimming pool is framed by lush greenery, with a soft, inviting patio surrounding it. A large umbrella provides shade over a lounge area, while floatation devices add a playful touch. The sunset casts a warm glow over the tranquil scene.

Light-filled Villa Montegiorgio - stunning views

AnnaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Positive overall experience, pleasant location and exceptional pool. Except for the wifi not working perfectly and the lack of a key to close the place in our absence. I recommend accommodation only for couples.

Luxury Villa with Pool, Stunning Location

AndrewRating, 5 stars19 months ago
We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Casa Cloe, in nature, a stone's throw from the sea

EduardRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.
The exterior of the villa showcases a charming façade with arched windows and rustic stone details. The well-maintained garden is surrounded by trees and decorative plants. A pathway leads to a spacious porch area, furnished with seating, inviting relaxation in the serene landscape.

Villa Mery, on the hills of the Rimini Riviera

HannaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.
A lush green pathway leads through manicured grass towards a shaded gazebo surrounded by palm trees and colorful shrubs. The gazebo features open seating, creating a relaxing outdoor space for gatherings.

Leonardo and his mother are wonderful hosts and this is a terrific place to stay. This lovely home comfortably held our two large families and the outdoor area was just great for kids to run around and play in. The super large kitchen is absolutely amazing and had everything we could ever need to prepare large meals. The location is perfect if you're looking for somewhere quiet to relax but still close to the ocean and the surrounding towns. We visited Loreto both days and it was very easy to get there by car. Don't think twice if you're considering staying here. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. We stayed two nights and I wish we had stayed a week! Thank you so much Leonardo! We can't wait to come back and stay with you again!

Casa Pilar 4+1,Emma Villas

ChristineRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. The many Colini's simply invite you to be outside in nature We wish you both a great time and hope that you won't be overrun with guests this year 😂🤣😂 Graze mille for everything 🙏 Stefan & Christine

Mia House Garden - Macerata, portion of a villa

ToniRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

villa Antonietta

Thomas BoreRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

180 sqm with shared pool for up to 5 people

BorisRating, 5 stars32 months ago
I’d say this is by far one of the best vacation homes we‘ve ever been to as family. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will most probably come back. We‘re a family of four and found everything we needed to have a truly enjoyable relaxing time together. And that‘s the combination of many small and big things. The house (we were at L‘olivio) is spacious and clean. Whilst the stile is nicely embedded into the local, rural look, everything feels and is modern. It’s obvious that all materials and equipment used inside and outside the house is high quality and chosen with care. The house has, for example, a cooling system built into the flooring keeping it at a nice temperature at any time. At the same time there a dehumidifier-system maintaining a nice climate. The kitchen is well equipped, truly allowing you to cook and dine together with little compromise compared to home. And, if there’s anything missing (we were looking for a cutting board) our caring host, Rosi, would bring us a brand new one in no time. There‘s a brand new washing machine, and towel heaters in the bath room. The beds are high quality. The house is spacious, with many windows. There’s a beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture. In short: all we could wish for. The pool is great. It‘s large enough to be able to actually swim. Not too deep so the children can enjoy themselves. And the water quality is spot on. There again, it’s obvious the owners made not compromise. We only went to the beach once - simply because we didn’t feel the need. And: we loved the climate. Because it’s on the hill, there was always a gentle breeze making it very comfortable to stay outside inspite of high temperatures in August. The view over the hills is beautiful and soothing. The sunset and the moon rising was simply beautiful. Rosi, the host, is simply an angel, caring deeply, very kind and available with help and guidance when we needed it, which was rare. This place is great value for money, and I‘d highly recommend it.
An illuminated outdoor swimming pool is framed by a manicured lawn, accentuated by lounge chairs and umbrellas. Soft lighting enhances the serene atmosphere, while distant city lights create a captivating backdrop against the twilight sky.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Marco and Daniela's property and were welcomed by our hosts in a very friendly manner. Everything was explained to us in detail. The equipment of the house is top. The kitchen is functionally equipped. The decor is very stylish and modern. The whole house is very clean and very well maintained. The property is fantastically beautiful, very neat and very quiet. The garden invites you to linger and relax. The views are stunningly beautiful with phenomenal sunsets. The absolute highlight is the pool. It was always very clean & well maintained and is huge. Marco and Daniela were always very friendly. They gave us lots of tips to explore Umbria. In addition, they recommended us special restaurants, which we of course also tried. We highly recommend the property and will keep our stay in beautiful memory for a long time.
