An excellent place to spend time with friends and family. Mr. Bartolo is always attentive, as is the lady in the kitchen

The place was just we were looking for. We were a family of 8 that had chosen to visit Dunes and Tierra Tropical and needed a place to relax. This place offered just that! Amazing, large house with lots of space. Everything was spotless and had an excellent layout that you could be in the living room, kitchen, patio and pool and you can interact with everyone. All bedrooms were spotless with their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook wonderful meals and more. The TV had all the apps to have a comfy night at the villa. The grass was bright green, plenty of space for the kids to play and a good size pool for the eight of us, plus twirl pool on the side. The place is secured with security cámaras, high gate and someone to look out and help you with what you needed. The sun shun from dawn to dusk with wide large windows all through out. It had a Club House in the premises that was a wonderful place to unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and ready to help!!!

What a dreamy place! The decor was beautiful and the view was to die for! They had an amazing grilling area with a big table overlooking the water. Very private and peaceful. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We are definitely going back!

This is one of the best places I've ever stay in Bani. it's in the center of everything! you have local restaurants, beach, pools, parks, super markets within 10 minutes which is extremely helpful. the place is super clean and gorgeous, rooms are big and have plenty closet space. The bathroom is very modern and the Picuzzi is one of the best amenities of the apt. the host is extremely attentive and always communicated with us. My family had a great time, we felt like home.
