Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Monte Mario

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

Me and my friend stay for Pierluigi’s for a week for attending Inside Flow European summit event. Even though we didn’t get to meet him in person, he was very informative and helpful… the explanation of location and everything was clear and easy to follow step by step. He even check on us when we didn’t show up on the arrival time that we have informed him, which made us feel the care. The place is very cute, clean and cozy…Location is easy to walk to catch public transport and supermarkets and restaurants. He had recommended us for few restaurants but we only end up went to 1 place for 3 times 😊 (love the Tortellini in brodo Modena style so much) However, we feel comfortable (feel like home) throughout the stay. And highly recommended Teerarat from Thailand

What an awesome place! Felt like being at home once we came back from the hustle of Rome for the day. Very peaceful and the lemon trees smelled divine!!

Buongiorno, Que des belles choses, que ça soit l'accueil, le cadre, la maisson,... Ça commence par la communication avec Massimiliano qui réponds vite et très arrangeant, ensuite très bel accueil avec lui et son père. Ils sont tres aimable et expliquent bien en détail. Le cadre est magnifique, la balançoire pour nos enfants. La maison propre et assez équipée. C'est à recommander les yeux fermés. Encore merci Massimiliano et à son père. Tchao

We had a great stay! The location was fantastic—very convenient for getting around. The Spanish Steps, along with several great shops and restaurants, are just around the corner. The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The pullout couch wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Just a heads-up: there’s only one bathroom, which can be a bit challenging with five people, but we managed. The host was excellent—very friendly and super responsive. Would recommend!

You can’t beat the Location! The bakery below was an added bonus getting a pastry to go with the coffee every day.

This was a great spot near Campo de' Fiori market. Edoardo and his assistant were great to work with, very responsive and helpful (helped us carry our suitcase up the stairs!) The apartment was nice and clean and the outside terrace made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great with endless walkable destinations. Approx. 30 min walk to Vatican or Colosseum.

A Francesca foi sempre super prestável com recomendações úteis e sempre disponível para responder às nossas questões. O espaço está localizado num sítio excelente que nos permitiu percorrer Roma a pé de uma forma fácil. Para além disso, o apartamento tem tudo o que precisamos, sendo que a única coisa que sentimos foi o chão um pouco sujo mas nada problemático. Obrigada, Francesca, por nos receber :)

Ubicación inmejorable a menos de 5 minutitos andando de la Plaza de España. Silencioso a pesar de estar en una zona céntrica y turística. Estancias muy espaciosas, excelente la cocina. A tener en cuenta que es poco luminoso por ser una primera planta. Pedí su ubicación y calidad de los muebles, lo compensa más que de sobra.

Staying here was fantastic! We were met and helped to understand everything about the space and the area. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was comfy. It had charm and amenities and was very comfortable and clean. Laura and Roberto were wonderful- kind and responsive.

Wonderful stay in the old city! Diana was very clear & responsive in her communication, so our check-in and check-out were smooth. She also helped with transportation recommendations to/from the port and airport. The apartment was awesome…outstanding location, easy walking to all the key sites, and very quiet despite being right in the middle of the old city. It worked perfectly for our group of three couples traveling together. Only caution would be that it is on the 4th floor, so probably not suitable if stairs are issue. Otherwise, a fabulous place…we’ll return on our next trip to Rome.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

Nous sommes arrivés en voiture et ce fut un agréable moment. Parfait pour juxtaposer les visites de sites et vacances en amoureux avec la piscine, le sauna et le jacuzzi. 😊👍💯 Tout était fonctionnel et en rapport avec les photos. Les petites attentions comme les gâteaux italiens ou le café sont très appréciables. La climatisation permet de bien dormir. 😴☀️😎 . Nous avons passé un moment magique dans cette très belle ville de Rome, avec un hôte formidable. Beaucoup mieux qu'un hôtel. 🎉🎈🎊

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

Our stay at Diana’s and Mario's home was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures — full of charm, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Diana's thoughtful touches — delicious food, excellent wine, and her genuine kindness — made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and coming back to such a cozy and peaceful place after a busy day was a true pleasure. We are deeply grateful for this experience and would love to return one day. Thank you, Diana and Mario, for making our Easter holiday so special!

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Lovely accommodation , well equipped with all amenities . We were a group of 14 and had a lovely stay. The property is very fresh and everything feels like it is new . The host gave very good instructions which made our stay comfortable . The house is close to the metro station , so very convenient to travel from here .
