Condiviso giardino e lavanderia. La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da bar/ panetteria, 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. C'è uno spazioso e luminoso balcone posto a sud-est . il riscaldamento è garantito da serpentine a pavimento e dispone di un condizionatore per il raffrescamento solo nella zona giorno.

A 15 minuti dall’uscita autostradale di Bellinzona Nord/Sud ed è raggiungibile anche comodamente con i mezzi pubblici (stazione di Bellinzona a pochi km e a 3’ dalla fermata dall'autobusus).
