Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

The pluses of the apartment: top floor, large balcony with nice view, very well equipped (washing machine, oven, raclette machine...), all comfort with 6 real beds (4 in the bedroom, 2 in the mountain corner + sofa bed). Located in the heart of the resort of Saint Jean de Montclar, a family resort, ideal for skiing, snowshoeing, sledding... hiking, mountain biking and paragliding! Located on the 2nd floor of the Le Dormillouse 1 building with elevator and parking. 3 beds in all, 1 bathroom, 1 bright living room and a 4-meter terrace.

Our 35m² studio have been restored recently. It is located in the nearest of chair lift residence (20m). You will be on first floor with balcony facing south, a window with a Dormillouse mountain and ski slopes view. It includes private ski box in the entrance. Cozy and convinient, the accomodation is ideal for sporty families. Kitchen is fully equipement News beddings have been chosen for daily use. Possibility of parking at the foot of the residence (non-private parking).

The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
