Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montaza 2

We recently stayed at this beautiful villa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The highlight of our trip was definitely the backyard, which was everything we hoped for and more. Our family loved spending time cooking together and enjoying the swimming pool. I also want to give a special shout out to Amr. When we got lost on our way to the Villa, he was incredibly helpful and guided us. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

MO’s villa is one of the best in the location. it has everything anyone would need to have a great time. I really appreciate his hospitality and his quick responsiveness. He is very helpful and always available. Thank you for a great experience. I would highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful stay - walking to the beach for our kids to play and watch the sunset, plunging into the pool, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. It was a lovely escape from Cairo and close enough to pop over to Alex for some sight seeing.

We are so so grateful for Yasmine and her beautiful house…. this was one of the best vacations we have ever had and I can’t dream up a more beautiful location. Everything about our stay was perfect. Yasmine was always so helpful and if we had any problems, she took care of everything immediately. When we left, it felt like she was a friend instead of just an owner of the house. THANK YOU!!

Price met our expectations but Sanaa's hospitality as well as Mr Salah was priceless. Never too busy when we needed assistance and they also arranged for a local driver to ferry us around throughout our stay. Mahmoud thank you so much. I will visit again and again, bravo Sanaa.

First you will meet mrs hanyea she’s the sweetest, she walked me through the apartment, step by step explaining all the amenities and describe all the area for me where to go, what to do, what’s near by which area to avoid… the details she gave me was more than enough, in fact she went above and beyond to make sure my stay is secure and incredible, her husband Mr Ashraf was the second person I met, very helpful, he suggest couple places for me, as well the door man mr mohamad, he was very helpful during my stay, The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, the area is so nice, supermarket, ATM machines literally under the building, I really recommend this location to everyone, I was so impressed with the area and the walking distance to some cloth shops streets, shush’s and cafe’s. Area, the beach is less than 30 second away… I’ll come back for sure and I’ll rebook the same accommodation with hanyea and Ashraf Thank you guys you made my stay unforgettable

I loved all the personal touches you put into the home and all the personal touches you put into my stay. To mention a couple of the personal touches, it was greatly appreciated that you arranged ground transport from Borg El Arab airport as it was my first time in Egypt. The wonderful way in which you welcomed my Dog Duke was also greatly appreciated and we both loved your place and the surroundings. I loved that you continuously looked for ways to enrich my stay such as providing a blender upon my request ... and now future guests will benefit from that too. Montaza park being next to the condo was the most beautiful park I've seen throughout the world (Duke loved his walks there too) & it was yet another delight when you provided passes to the park as soon as the park created them. Mostafa’s place was very nice and conveniently located. Mostafa himself was always responsive whether 10 in the morning or 2 at night.

the house is good, and the co-host sheirf is very responsive. i had few issues in the house and they were very quick to respond and help! it's a cosy house and have everything you might need for a few days stay
