Mr.Hamada is an amazing host and quick responder .This is very nice apartment everything was very clean kitchen,bathrooms and bedrooms. Furniture and machines are all new. Really amazing location in front of the sea. Mr.Hamada is very gentle and helpful. sea view in 10th floor is wonderful. Highly recommended this apartment it is nearby from all restaurants, cafes, shopping areas. I will definitely be back soon!

One of the best Airbnb I've stayed so far! (the apartment is absolutely huge for 4 adults, attentive to cleanliness - towels were sanitized and wrapped with plastics, along with complete amenities - hairdryer, and washing machine available to use. The apartment also feels like home - except this one with the Mediterranean Sea! ☺️ Daniel & Magdy were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. They prepared earplugs for us to sleep without distractions at night + inflatable pillows as compliments for us to use on our morning flight to Istanbul. Daniel was also very helpful in navigating us to dine in at one of the best breakfast + lunch spots in Alexandria. To sums up, they deserve a 5-star rating or more (if I could rate more). Definitely will come again and stay a bit longer in the future 💛

hosts are friendly and accommodating! the place is big and well-equipped with all necessary appliances and furniture. the view is to die for!!! location wise it's also quite convenient and check-in & check-out processes are also easy!! would recommend this place to others, and would book this place again if i get to go to alexandria again!!

Great location, right on the sea with a wonderful view from the balcony. Lots of space. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The staff in the building were very helpful and nice.

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

Great place with adorable side view as in the photos exactly, helpful and kind host who facilitate everything to check in in less than 1 hr in a very short notice, appreciated a lot, if u r going there in a business trip or having some work to do online within ur stay u can arrange the Wi-Fi activation with the owner or get into so many sea view cafes under the building which have Wi-Fi, the stay was amazing the place is in very active area but once u close the window it’s quieter than a hospital everything is a available the building itself has so many facilities which u will enjoy during your stay as it’s kinda hotel apartment

My family and I had a wonderful stay - walking to the beach for our kids to play and watch the sunset, plunging into the pool, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. It was a lovely escape from Cairo and close enough to pop over to Alex for some sight seeing.

Saad is more than a host, he is your local friendly contact that speaks to Egypt and its famous hospitality. Both Saad and his lovely dad Mr. Shirbeni worked tirelessly to make our stay a personal experience. Their beautiful villa is located at the heart of coast with the nearest public beach only a few miles walking distance. The vibe was that of a guest house, well kept and familial, we were lucky to extended a stay. And of course the pool, impeccably clean and well kept- together with the extended out door area made our coastal trip much more enjoyable. Scoop this place up before the summer gets too busy!

Unforgettable Family Stay at Abu Talat Villa, Alexandria Our stay at this beautiful villa was truly memorable. With breathtaking beach and sunset views, and set in a quiet, peaceful area, it was the perfect escape. We were a family of 15, and the spacious villa accommodated us comfortably. The pool was clean, and the open layout made it ideal for quality time together. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by a day and made lifelong memories, swimming, laughing, watching sunsets, and exploring. Host Tanya was very responsive and gave us clear instructions. She put us in touch with Mustafa, the caretaker, who guided us in accessing the villa (a bit tricky at first). Mustafa and his wonderful family welcomed us warmly and shared great tips for transport, shopping, and food. It was one of our best trips ever. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in Alexandria.

The stay at Abu Khaled's apartment in Alexandria was a great experience by all accounts. The breathtaking view of the sea was heartbroken, and the apartment was perfectly clean and tidy. The doorman was friendly and cooperative, adding a touch of comfort and security. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it

I loved all the personal touches you put into the home and all the personal touches you put into my stay. To mention a couple of the personal touches, it was greatly appreciated that you arranged ground transport from Borg El Arab airport as it was my first time in Egypt. The wonderful way in which you welcomed my Dog Duke was also greatly appreciated and we both loved your place and the surroundings. I loved that you continuously looked for ways to enrich my stay such as providing a blender upon my request ... and now future guests will benefit from that too. Montaza park being next to the condo was the most beautiful park I've seen throughout the world (Duke loved his walks there too) & it was yet another delight when you provided passes to the park as soon as the park created them. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Cosy little flat that’s only a short walking distance from the beach and Montazah Palace. You feel in the heart of buzzing and lively Egyptian surroundings . Osama is very helpful and responsive.

Karim was very responsive during the lead up to my stay and the apartment was really nice. It offers a great view and a cool sea breeze all day long. The apartment is very spacious that could fit a large family easily. The furniture is good but the appliances were a little old. Karim promised a renovation so that my next stay will be even more enjoyable. The area is busy during summer but this is good because there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to go to.
