Il riscaldamento è a pavimento. In salone c'è un bellissimo camino. Si trova in luogo collinare su un crinale a ca 300 mt di altezza. In giardino ci sono altalena,trampolino elastico e calcio balilla. A 20 minuti dal mare di Porto San Giorgio, 15 minuti dall'Abbadia di Fiastra e 40 minuti dai Sibillini.
