Vacation rentals with a patio in Montanita

The place is awesome! It has a great location (oceanfront) and very easy access! Laura was attentive at all times and immediately cleared any concerns that were presented. I had a wonderful stay in Montanita! I stayed for 6 weeks and absolutely loved everything about this town and this home. It is so close to the hustle and bustle of everything, but also tucked away in the back of the apartment complex so it feels like its own oasis. There is also a locked gate to the property so I always felt safe. The home had everything you could need and the outdoor area was my favorite place to just hang out, play guitar and relax. Frances was so kind and it always made my day when I would bump into her, she lives on property as well. There was a person who came and cleaned my apartment every 2 weeks which was a great perk as well. I loved Montanita, it will forever have a special place in my heart. Thanks for everything!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb(Infact I extended my stay)! The place was clean, comfortable, and just amazing. The host is super lovely and went above and beyond to make sure everything went great—when the internet wasn’t working, he went out of his way to find a connection that would work for me. The location was convenient and quiet—perfect for going to the beach and the center. I will definitely stay here again!

The Apartment is very clean and has everything you need. You can walk 1 minute to the beach, which is less crowded and a little bit more calm which we liked. The Wi-Fi was perfectly smooth and the television as well. We had a very nice stay and would come back Amy time.

the house is nice with a garden view in a gated community, its located less then 5 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Olon . Juan responds quickly and is helpful definitely recommended

The apartment is in a prime location in the Olon area, ideal for spending a few days relaxing and having fun near the sea. The service staff are always friendly and helpful

Great place for a vacation. The apartment is very comfortable, with rooms that have air conditioning, ideal for a good rest. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. Bathrooms are spacious, modern and very clean. The view is spectacular and the pool is beautiful, large and with a special area for children. In addition, it has direct access to the beach, which makes it even more special. There are nearby places where you can buy anything to prepare food (tuti, bakery, groceries, shops, Gasolina station). A 10min is Montañita. My kids had a full fun and want to come back. Highly recommended for a vacation in complete tranquility!

This place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is beautiful, super cozy, and just a short walk from the beach—such a great spot to relax and enjoy the area. The bed was so comfy, I slept like a baby every night. Everything was clean, well-designed, and had a really welcoming vibe. But honestly, the best part was having a great host like Javier. He’s such a kind and sincere person who truly cares about his guests. From the start, he made me feel at home, giving me tons of amazing recommendations for places to eat, explore, and experience the area like a local. He even let me check in my backpack early, which made my arrival so much easier. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re thinking about booking this place—do it! I’d love to come back again.
