Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). This pretty 2-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of our house with independent access by an external staircase consists of a beautiful living room with living room and fully equipped kitchen, offering a magnificent view of Lake Annecy. You have 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bed in 160. A shower room with toilet. A small garden with outdoor terrace is available to have your meals. We also have parking available. The setting is very quiet and relaxing.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Very modern apartment with one separate bedroom with an independent access in a brand new villa. From the large terrace you can enjoy the lake, the sunset and Annecy bay. All needed equipment are available (washing and drying machine...). 10 mn from the beach, very close to the cycle route et 30 mn from the ski resorts.
