"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

La Buissonnière Nature and Comfort Camper

La Roulotte Nature et Comfort de La Buissonnière is nestled in a green setting,at an altitude of 850 m,in the garden adjoining our chalet, in the heart of the Massif des Bauges. Summer or winter,you will find all the comforts (heating,bathroom , indoor toilets) ,with beautiful views of the mountains overlooking Annecy . Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Close to the city's main entertainment venues (restaurant, nightclub, pub, cinema...) come and end the night by lounging in premium bedding (180*200) or enjoy the spa.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Outside, enjoy the Nordic bath with views of the snowy forest and facing the fireworks on Monday evenings (during school holidays). At Chalet Clair Bois - La Féclaz, everything is ready for a cocooning stay!

Quiet and with fresh air, you are 7 minutes from the Féclaz ski resort, 20 minutes from Chambéry and the Hautes-Bauges, 40 minutes from the Margériaz ski resort On site, Camille practices wellness massages, teaches yoga classes. Florent, mountain guide, offers hikes for all levels, accompanied by Heidi and Doudou our donkeys.
