Former guard pavilion, located in the Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, inscribed in 2008 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the entrance to the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to Lake Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts such as Risoul and Vars. The house is composed of two independent apartments, the listing is for the one at the top, the one at the bottom is not rented.
