Apartment vacation rentals in Monserrato

My wife and I had a great stay at Florencia’s apartment. Incredibly spacious and nice with a really central location in a nice and quiet square makes it a great starting point for exploring Cagliari (and see the flamingos). Train a bus station just a short walk away—the same with shopping streets. The large beach is just a short bus ride away, but is also within walking distance of you don’t mind using your legs a bit. The old town is a really nice place to live, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast or dinner is not far away. Florencia’s amazing guide the nearby neighborhoods is an excellent resource. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice-looking and centrally placed apartment in Cagliari.

a great apartment in the heart of cagliari! It’s on a side street so you still have some quiet but you’re steps away from the main streets and public transportation. Clean apartment with all the basic amenities provided. Cristian was a great help in anything I needed! It was great having central air conditioning too

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorenza’s apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Fiorenza was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she gave us so many great tips for trips and things to see in the area, which made our stay even more special. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily come back anytime.

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich. The accommodation is very quietly located in the mountains and the host was very warm and helpful. Thank you, Luca for the pleasant time! :-)

Modern, bright and well appointed apartment. Location is perfect, bang opposite the Palazzo Regio and right next to the Cattedrale Di Santa Maria Assunta e Santa Cecelia. Lucrezia very thoughtfully provided many local tips. Would thoroughly recommend.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Our stay was a 10/10. The apartment was clean, is superbly equipped and fully corresponds to the photos. The roof terrace in particular is a real highlight. The apartment is in a great location, within 15 minutes you can reach the old town. Nevertheless, it is relatively quiet. Only the search for free parking spaces in the surrounding streets is a bit difficult every time and costs a little time. Here Luong quickly helped us with a map of the possible parking areas. Luong was generally a very nice host and always quickly available for questions.

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari in 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. Sincere thanks for the nice days

Thanks for a great stay. Comfortable and quiet location with walking access to town. Giulia was very friendly and easy to organise things with. The little efforts like leaving local beers and snacks to have on arrival make everything worth it.

Great! We spent a night there before leaving for the airport. Ideal, because it is a 7-minute drive from the airport. Close to the city center. Luca is a great host, who responds quickly. The apartment is sparkling clean, spacious and very cozy. Recommended!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio has always been there for you throughout the stay to solve any problem. Beautiful and clean room, great and central area, perfect for walking.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
