The building has 24-hour private security and also has three elevators to quickly access the apartment. Meters from the building there is a private garage where you can store your car. If you do not come by car and want to have the experience of traveling in the excellent public transport that the city of Buenos Aires has, you have multiple buses on 9 de julio avenue that are about 10 meters from the entrance to the building and connect with the northern part of the city where the neighborhoods of Palermo, Recoleta, Belgrano, Núñez etc.
