A vacation villa with the capacity to accommodate 22 guests. It is a spacious and natural setting with mountain views just 25 minutes from the Santo Domingo city toll. Noisy activities are not allowed. Music volume should be moderate, especially after 8:00 PM. Music should be turned off after 10:30 PM. You need to go up and down stairs to access the different areas of the villa. Early and late check-in only for an additional 25%.

Sleeps 12 people, has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, pool area! • NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC. • Penalty of 50 USD per additional person from guest number 13 (children count the same as adults). • We have an inverter, but the 220V equipment (air conditioners, pool equipment) does not work with the inverter. Normally the power does not go out, but if it does, it is beyond our control.
