Cabin vacation rentals in Monroe Lake

My husband and stayed for a few days - the pictures and descriptions are accurate. The house is about 25 minutes to the town of Nashville, but it is a beautiful drive. It is very well maintained and is one of the cleanest vacation properties we have stayed at. We loved the quiet, remote area. The back deck has a pleasant view of the lake, which appears to be a nature preserve. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our nature-loving friends.

THIS BEAUTIFUL CABIN WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT AND AMAZING!!! I WOULD LIVE THERE IF I COULD LOL THE BED UPSTAIRS WAS PERFECT!!! The shower is amazing!! Washer n dryer r perfect too!!! It was in the best place ever out there in the woods !!! We absolutely wanna go back sometime soon!! Thank you so much for allowing us the time of night it was lol we appreciate you!!!

Beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful setting. Jeff provided some specifics on how to find the place that were very helpful. Huge, well stocked kitchen. Every room has interesting and beautiful artwork and the softest blankets and throws I’ve ever seen! Very cozy. Wonderful family weekend!

I would absolutely recommend this place! Had everything we needed and was so peaceful but still a close drive to do shopping and go out to eat. very clean, good communication, even had little extras that I really appreciated! Looking forward to coming back to this air bnb!

Pine Ridge was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s graduation from IU. It was easy to relax and enjoy! Our group ranged from 5-78yo and every single one of us had the best time! Melissa was on the spot answering all of our questions no matter the time of day! So grateful to have found this spot to make this celebration special!

Jonah and Lemon Blossom have quickly stolen our hearts! Lemon Blossom cabin was perfectly peaceful and beautiful, just like the surroundings! Jonah was beyond generous when I was worried that there would only be on kayak to us and he bought another one! We will be regulars for sure! Thank you for hosting us Jonah!

Absolutely gorgeous rural property. Very secluded. The space is clean and cozy. If you wanted a little slice of heaven, this would be your spot. Not only is the property gorgeous but the home is unique with lots of space. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

The only issue we had was Sunday. The water pressure in the shower dipped really low. Looking forward to staying again. 🙂

Beautiful, secluded, peaceful location with nice screened in porch where I enjoyed my morning coffee. It was off the beaten path but host provided very detailed directions and we were able to find it without any issues. Nicely decorated and clean. Comfortable stay close to wineries, distilleries, restaurants, hiking, and shopping. Would stay here again.

We attended the War in the Woods No Prep at Brown County Dragway during our stay. The cabin location was very convenient and we walked to the track through a walking path. The cabin had cold A/C, a nice bathroom, nice porch, and overall comfy place to lay our heads down for few hours. Only complaints were there was no TV at all (only rental I have ever stayed in my life without some sort of TV) and there were cobwebs throughout the rental.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We liked that it was close to the park and Nashville, but away from the hustle and bustle where we could relax. There weren't any music events going on while we were there. We enjoyed the complimentary hay ride on Saturday and our pup loved the trail around the lake. The grounds were beautiful. Our minor complaints were some difficulty with the coin powered showers and the closer porta potty being out of toilet paper for the majority of our stay. Overall, a good affordable place to stay in Brown County!

This was my first air bnb and it could not have been a better experience. Marisa was an amazing host that had everything ready for us before we even arrived, the pond is beautiful AND THEY DO SUPPLY YOU WITH FISHING GEAR!!!! Great times!

We've been here several times now and it's our favorite hidden gem! Quick 15-minute drive to downtown Nashville and all the shops. Can stay at the home all day grilling out, playing games, enjoying the hot tub, and the kids will not want to leave the amazing outdoor swing!

Three of my brothers and myself stayed at the cabin from Nov 7 - 10, we were in town to attend the Indiana vs Michigan football game. the cabin was as advertised and was a perfect match for us, we each had our own bedroom and private bathroom, the cabin is a couple miles off the beaten path, it was very quiet, secluded, the cabin was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our hosts Peter and Suzanne, answered our questions promptly and provided lots of information. would recommend the cabin

There was 8 men from 62 to 75. Played golf all week, cooked at the cabin. Very private, comfortable, beautiful. We all loved this Airbnb. One of our best stays from FL to TN and back to Indiana. We've stayed in several Airbnb we loved this one. Thank you, Apolonia,

We had a small family gathering to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The property is excellently maintained. Quiet and peaceful. Our favorite thing to do was to sit on the back deck, read, and listen to the birds in the woods. Lots of things to do on the property for both adults and kids. Within a 10-15 minutes drive to the little neighboring town that has a lot of small shops and restaurants to visit. Great spot for a long weekend away!

We had a wonderful stay at Brooks Run Cabin in beautiful Brown County! The cabin was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience—think cozy wood beams and the gentle creek of vintage wooden floors, but also strong Wi-Fi and a great shower. Ashley was an excellent hostess—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly someone who knows how to make guests feel welcome. The nearby Brown County State Park is absolutely glorious—lush, peaceful, and teeming with natural beauty. That said, for my fellow city folk: this is real nature. Be prepared to meet ticks, enthusiastic flies, and the occasional snake and frog who think they owns the place. (They actually do!) One tiny note—not Ashley’s fault at all—there was construction happening on the neighboring property, which was a bit of a disappointment. But finished in time for us to truly enjoy our last day. All in all, a wonderful escape into the woods with everything we needed and more. Would definitely return—with bug spray in hand!
