House vacation rentals in Monona

We had a great stay! The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos.

We felt right at home at Jane's place. everything was as listed, the place was super homey, and Jane was a great host.

A wonderful home that was well appointed, clean & a great location! We hosted Easter here with my adult Kids and grandson. We all enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and all the wildlife-many deer and even a coyote! So much room and a great layout for us to enjoy the home together!

The best Airbnb from our experiences. The beds are comfortable like home or hotel grade mattress. Lots of windows surrounding the wall make the house bright and cozy. Floors and stairs are not squeezy when walking inside the room. The owner equipped a water purifier so that we didn't need to prepare for bottled water. The facility inside the neighborhood easily burned energy for our kids. It was a wonderful vacation.

This was such an amazing home for a family vacation! They supply everything you could possibly need and are the friendliest hosts! My whole family had a great time and we will most definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Quiet, beautiful area, close to the sugar river. Jonathan is a great host, always checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing.

The property was better than the description… Chris and Jarvis made us feel “like we were staying with friends” … The landscaping on the property is gorgeous and everywhere you went there would be something interesting to see … The animals on the property were wonderful for me, I left my “mini-farm” for this trip, it was very soothing to walk out and watch the animals as I was missing mine. The interior design was very tasteful, slightly different, but much better than the pictures. The extra’s - muffins, bread, bacon, fresh farm eggs, and an assortment of drinks - were above and beyond any Airbnb property I have stayed at!! I have to add … if you’re planning to stay for the Kettle Moraine 100 - this property is less than 10-minutes to the start/finish and within 25 minutes or less to all crew accessible aid stations! I really hope to have another opportunity to stay at this property and explore the surrounding areas.

Nice, dog-friendly place to stay near Madison. We were in town to visit family so we didn’t spend much time at the Airbnb. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. It was perfect for our needs for the weekend and we would stay there again. Loved the welcome gifts (waters, snacks, and flowers) that were left for us!

Very nice place for family stay in Monona. Especially nice kitchen space and amenities. Our family really enjoyed the screened patio and backyard space, as well as adorable friendly cat.

This is one of the most aesthetically gorgeous, peaceful and unique Airbnb experiences I've enjoyed. What an absolutely lovely sanctuary of light, simplicity, and calm refuge just 30 minutes drive through rolling farmland, woods and wetlands from downtown Madison and the UW campus. The indoor fireplace and hot tub are such fabulous highlights! I loved every aspect of the orchard house including Josh's proactive tips and quick responses to a couple of minor questions I had. This was a really lovely place to spend a long weekend. I will be back and have already told all my friends about it. Bravo!

This is a gem if you like to walk to local restaurant have access to all the stores you need and a need to feel surrounded by nature. The master bedroom was so wonderful with a screen door to leave open at night for fresh air, also a small balcony to view the water from bedroom. We left the outdoor summer lights on the deck that somehow reflected on the ceiling of the master bedroom at night it left a beautiful light pattern, magical place, to see turtles, birds and we saw a heron as we left the house, resting on the dock. Great location and amazing hosts! We had dinner on the grill with music it was simply perfect.- Thanks, again to our hosts! Worth it!

We rented this super-clean, charming farmhouse for a UW-Madison graduation weekend. The drive back and forth required some planning, but the manicured grounds and rolling-hill farmland location were peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, the WiFi was solid, and there was plenty of hot water and towels for everyone. It was a great stay!

Comfortable and spacious home -- nice outdoor areas, including porch and yard. Quiet neighborhood, yet very close to everything in Madison. Great pet-friendly place. Thank you.

The place was a perfect for a big crew! Having the duplex connect on the inside was ideal. We were able to have one kitchen for food storage and prep and one for drinks. We used it for a bachlorette weekend, but it would have been great for two families as well.

The house was well equipped and child friendly. The area was charming . We would recommend it to anyone visiting Madison

We enjoyed our stay at Henry’s place for a family wedding weekend. Great location and a beautiful, well decorated and maintained interior. Big beautiful yard as well. Lots of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy each other’s company both inside and out. Didn’t have any issues, but Henry responded very promptly to a couple inquiries before we arrived. Definitely recommend!

Laura was an incredible host! Right from the start she was easy to communicate with, and send helpful reminders and tips about our stay. The location and home were both beautiful, very clean, and well stocked! You can tell Laura truly has a passion for hosting from staying here. We stayed for just one night to host a bachelorette getaway, and could not have asked for a better place to shower the bride to be!

very cool mid-century decor and filled with everything you might possibly need during your stay. the host was very responsive to messages. I was attending a wedding at Wildwood Cottage and this was an excellent lodging option for me. definitely would recommend to anyone staying in the area who appreciates a vintage vibe.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gretchen’s place! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we loved having the large fenced in yard for our dog. The kitchen was well stocked and it had everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed as a family of 3, with a preschool child, visiting friends who lived in the area. We loved having plenty of clean, private space for our family. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and checkout instructions were simple. Everything was exactly as described and omghe host was friendly and responsive to any questions!

The Goodly Farm is an oasis. We had a wonderful time letting our worries melt away. There are so many beautiful little spots you can curl up with a book inside or outside. And if you enjoy farm animals, Poncho, Banjo, and Mrs. Murphy will show you a good time.

Alex’s place was far better then staying at a hotel. We were visiting family and attending a wedding. Perfect location. Alex had everything that we needed. We will defiantly book again. Thank you.

For me this place has been great. The host went above and beyond. While it isn’t surrounded by activities, everything is within a mile so mostly walkable. But since it’s winter I mostly drive. Parking insights great. The home is charming and I’ll be staying longer because I enjoyed it so much.

Ashley’s decor was very cute . Enjoyed our stayed . Location worked great for us we were in town for wedding .
