Amazing space!!! We stayed here with my brother and his kids and my parents and our kids. It felt perfectly roomy and the upstairs loft gave the kids a spot that was their own. The views are breathtaking and the porch is very usable. The couch was roomy enough for everyone and there were plenty of blankets for those chilly evenings and mornings. The table had plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was very usable. We loved the espresso machine! So many thoughtful touches throughout the space that make me want to come back during ski season! Be advised - as per the description - no AC but that's pretty standard and it's nice and cool at night. We were all very comfortable throughout the stay. The outdoor community jacuzzi is steps away and out under the open sky with a view. You can't beat it!!! Love this place.

This place was great. It was a lovely home with enough space for everybody to fit in. The bunk beds upstairs were queen size which made it a lot more comfortable. The amenities were nice and clean. It was two minute drive from the Mammoth mountain and village. Can’t say enough about. Definitely would recommend it and definitely staying here again.

Nice condo in a KILLER location. Close enough to all the amenities in town but far enough away that it’s peaceful and relaxing. And still only a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge. This upstairs unit was cozy and welcoming and gets plenty of sunlight during the day. The layout of the neighborhood made for nice dog walking in a clean, well-kept community. The views of the mountains and a little snowy creek running through the property didn’t hurt! We played with our kids in the snow right out front (and to the side, and behind, and a little ways down the road…there was plenty of clean white snow all over and it hadn’t snowed in days). There were some low grades that we could have sledded down but nothing steep or spectacularly long so we went elsewhere to sled. It’s more of a snowball fight and snowman affair for the kids around here. There are creeks and ponds scattered around the neighborhood so do be careful. 10AM checkout was a little brutal but don’t let that stop you! We’d book again

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable mountain getaway. One of our favorite touches was the bubble bath provided...such a relaxing treat after a long day on the slopes. The location is perfect for advanced skiers looking to be close to the lifts, but be sure to come before the snow starts to melt if skiing is a priority. While the Siege lift near us was closed during our visit, the main lodge, restaurants, and town were just a short and easy drive away, making everything very accessible. All in all, a great stay with thoughtful amenities and a peaceful, cozy atmosphere. Would definitely come back!

Chucks place was great! Percent locations. Very centralized to everything. Walking distance to shuttle stops to all lodges. The place had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. Chuck was quick to reply to our questions. We would definitely stay at Chucks place again.

Great spot for a ski trip in Mammoth Lakes! There's a bus stop right outside the condo unit, so there's no need to walk super far in your bulky ski boots! Patricia's instructions for locating the unit and getting in were super clear and we were getting ourselves settled in in no time! The bed upstairs and the two fold-outs downstairs were comfy and the sheets were fresh and quite warm. The thermostat took a little fiddling with to get just right but once we figured it out it was no problem. Dishes were nice and clean and the kitchen had all the usual amenities. Just what my brothers and I needed for a great ski getaway.

Walkable distance to coffee shops and restaurants. On the first floor, close to parking, in the heart of the city. Loved the renovated bathroom. Overall a great and comfortable stay

Jennifer was a great host! Her communication was prompt and instructions were clear. Our family was very comfortable and the Airbnb had all the amenities we wanted, it was also located in a quiet area and still close to everything we needed. Would happily book again!

This worked perfectly for our group of 9. Pros: We could easily walk to Canyon Lodge (uphill, so a bit hard with gear) or take the shuttle. The kitchen was really well stocked. The fire was nice. We were given two covered parking spaces. Our third car was parked in the excess parking outer lot. Cons: No elevator and on the top floor. The people who stayed in the loft were easily woken up by others, sounds travel easily. Having three bathrooms is ideal, but one is in the master, one is upstairs with the loft, and the third is on the main floor--so the 5 people who stayed on the main floor ended up sharing that one bathroom. We made it work though! Would definitely come back!

Great location and the studio had everything we needed. Vacasa were quick to respond to our questions. Felt like a little home away from home.

Great condo in an excellent location. Very clean with all the amenities you need for your stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. The kitchen boasted brand-new appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Overall, the entire place was exceptionally clean and inviting. 

Perfect location for weekend getaway to the mountains! Immaculately clean, comfy linens and fully equipped kitchen. Great access to bike paths and everything in town.

Charlotte is a wonderful host. Her home is beautiful. Clean. And spacious. Off the beautiful biking trail, it’s a great location. We had a very minor incident where the refrigerator was off due to something beyond her control. She was responsive and helpful! I’m grateful for Charlotte. Would stay again!!!

This is my second time staying at Rob‘s place. We really love it. Centrally located in old town Mammoth, close to Eagle Lodge by shuttle, close to lots of restaurants and grocery shopping. The unit is well lived in, but loved. Could definitely use a new couch because you slide forward when you sit down. The upstairs twin bunkbeds are very worn and dip in the center. The other three queen and king mattresses are super comfortable and have nice luxury bedding. The kitchen had everything I needed except a can opener, which probably broke or got swiped, but I walked across the street to the thrift store and bought a used electric for five dollars. Despite the few misgivings, I absolutely would love to stay here again! Thank you, Rob!

Great location! Quick walk to Canyon Lodge and slopes. Very sweet , charming, and clean condo. The GARAGE was key!! (So useful, and rare Mammoth). No neighbors above us to be stomping around. Very quiet and warm. You can see that a lot of love went into the place and we were very appreciative to be staying there. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Erin.

Great price for this location, 10 mins walk to the village gondola. Good size and had all required amenities. Easy communication with host.

The place was as described and clean. With beautiful views from every window. Easy check in and check out instructions. My kids felt right at home, we would stay again!

Loved the Heidlberg Inn! Very charming, centrally located. Clean, well-equipped room was perfect for our long weekend but could have been comfortable for an extended stay. Would definitely recommend and return.

The location was great—just a short 5min walk to Eagle Lodge, even with our 3- and 7-year-olds. The unit was cozy, especially with the gas fireplace, and well-stocked with plenty of supplies. The pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable, and the extra vanity in the hallway was convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again

It was a very great place to say extremely comfortable and fairly close to the mountain with a lot of places around you to grab something to eat or grocery shop. I recommend this place 10 out of 10.

Exactly what I expected. Apartment well maintained and easy to access. Will definitely come back.
