We had a really lovely stay at Carol’s shepherd’s hut. It was cosy and in such an idyllic location where we were able to fully wind down and relax for our stay. The added touches made a difference and Carol was proactive in her communication which was lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay!

What a beautiful location for a get away in the countryside. Joey provided great recommendations for local activities, walks and pubs for foods/drinks. There's a lovely family run pub around 5 minutes walk from the site, amazing home cooked meals (we ate and drank there for the two nights we were there) and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Great base to explore the area

My partner and I wanted a night away after a hectic few months and this was definitely the place to unwind and relax! The cabin was cosy and just enough for the 2 of us, the hot tub was easy to use and it was all fenced off in a private garden. We messaged joey for some firewood and nothing was too much trouble. This is somewhere we would definitely stay again.

What a magical stay! This place completely stole our hearts — even more beautiful than the photos (seriously!). So peaceful, green, and full of nature all around. The wagon was super cozy, with everything we could possibly need. The big comfy bed under the glass roof, the crackling fire, and those stunning views from the huge window — just perfect. We loved spending time on the terrace too. When we arrived, there was fresh bread waiting for us and the fire was already going — such a lovely touch! Graham was amazing too, super kind and made sure we were all set with everything we needed (especially firewood). We honestly didn’t want to leave… but we’ll 100% be back, because this place is way too special for just one visit!

Loved our stay at Offa’s Dyke Retreat. The location was gorgeous with wonderful views, especially first thing when the mountain glowed orange! Beautiful carriage with everything we needed. Hot tub was fab. Garden was great with picnic bench and another set of table and chairs with a fire pit. High hedges offered privacy but I could see the lawn where my kids played, perfect. The communal kitchen/lounge was a great bonus too and would come in super handy if the weather wasn’t great. They absolutely loved it too. Shop just up the road and a lovely pub that does tasty food. We stopped at Waun Fach on our way for a picnic and walk, outstanding views along Gospel Pass. Would highly recommend Joey’s place. Thanks for having us!

Loved our stay. The views are incredible from the pod. Really private; one of the main reasons we booked because it wasn't on a site with other pods. It was lovely to watch the sheep and the horses in the fields in front of the pod. The pod had everything you could need for a few days. Went to the Walwyn Arms, on recommendation and the food was great and literally 5 minute drive away. We loved the hot tub and it was good to have the shelter over the top as we still used it when it was raining. Would highly recommend and would like to return in future, thank you 😊

If you’re considering staying here just book it, trust me! I’ve stayed in lots of Airbnbs and this one tops the list - really absolutely magical. The sauna & pond experience + hot tub + views + sweet & unique cabin; it’s really a special experience. Nick was fantastic; communication was perfect, really everything far above and beyond expectations.

We had a really lovely stay in Parkend! The cabin was cozy, warm, had everything we needed and was well-furnished. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed stargazing on the clear nights. Graham and Di were great hosts. Very responsive and the breakfast basket was such a lovely added bonus. This airbnb was very good value for money - particularly in such a great location close to lots of walks and attractions. Would be very happy to come back at some point and will be recommending to our friends and family! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Gabbies place is exactly what it says on the tin. If you want a very unique glamping style romantic getaway this is it. The bath is amazing and gets very hot, but you do have to be patient. Gabbie was very helpful and quick to reply whenever i messaged. Its extremely private. We really enjoyed our stay ☺️

Sally's place was the perfect getaway! If you're looking for somewhere that will be enjoyable for a dog who can be nervous of other dogs, this is a gem! No loose dogs, very secure garden, I could relax on the lounger or in the hot tub without worrying where he is or what he's doing. Sally is very dog savvy and has rescue dogs herself so was really understanding of my boy's needs which meant so much. The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us and had everything we needed in terms of facilities and ways to cook, everything thoughtfully done and a beautiful sunrise view over the fields. Great food options nearby, if you're vegan definitely check out Rob's Fish Bar for a really good vegan menu. Thank you Sally for a relaxing stay, we will definitely be back!

A great place to stay if you want a peaceful restful stay. Hot tub is lush once you get it up to temp. Bring flip flops or crocs to get from the hot tub back to the accommodation as the garden is either stones or bark chips.

We had a wonderful time at Jane and Nicks pod. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, nothing was too much for them. We had complimentary honey and eggs on arrival. Our dog had plenty of space to run and explore, even making some new friends with the hosts spaniels. The scenery was breathtaking. The freedom to roam and get up close with their animals was a real treat. We had a lovely private space to relax for the weekend. Local shops were only 15/20 minutes away if we needed anything. Lots of space to walk and explore. We have already said we would love to return for another stay. Fantastic trip.

On arrival we was met by Mike and the 5 adorable dogs was like home from home as I have 6 of my own, Mike showed us round an how to use hot tub left us to it an wow the cabin the bathroom everything immaculate and so cosy,as for hot tub wow another level relaxed us so much!!! Charlie the dog became our new bestie he was adorable they all was, our stay was cut short due to an emergency at home so I will definitely be back probs again and again

A very clean and comfortable place, well furnished & equipped and perfectly located for exploring the black mountains and an easy 20 minute walk into the centre of Abergavenny. Good convenient parking

We stayed for one night at the pod and it was so lovely! Such a peaceful location- the pod was really well equipped with a great bbq we used for dinner. Thank you very much!

Everything was exactly as described and like the pictures. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Definitely will be coming back to stay again.

We had a great stay here for the wife's 30th getaway. The hosts were awesome, decorating the Pod with balloons and a banner which was a lovely personal touch. They heated the hot tub up in the mornings so it was perfect to enjoy later on. The views were breathtaking and we would highly recommend this booking. Thanks for having us :)

Lovely Safari tent in a secluded woodland; the location was great! The tent was super comfortable and we had a lovley time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend break ☺️

We really enjoyed our time at the cottage! we were given recommendations for places to go and eat and the location of the property was close to everything we wanted to do! The property was really well equipped with everything we needed also. It was beautiful place with stunning views - we will definitely come back!
