The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

It is part of the Stadthaus Usedom, which looks back on a long history. The building has been lovingly restored. It has two floors, in the lower one is the kitchen and a small living area. On the upper floor is the bedroom with TV and the bathroom with a bathtub.
