Central location, quiet neighborhood. Great choice

Highly recommend this place! The room is very clean. The location is good too, you can either walk or take buses to the temples and sightseeing. I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful chat with two young hosts. If you are curious about the Mongolian society and the young generation, this place is definitely your choice！

It's located close to Churrascos and you can walk to Suhbatar Square. The host was going abroad, so I used the accommodation very comfortably.

It was right in the center of the city, very convenient. The place was really cute and Goyo really made it simple for us to check in. Thank you!

It was an amazing stay at Tsetsen’s place which is right at the center of the UB city. Everything was approachable and at walking distance. There are several department stores and restaurants around. The apartment is cozy and has all basic amenities available. Host was always responsive and we had lots of discussions during our free time. Host even helped us to arrange taxi for our trip to national park and airport. 10/10 for an amazing stay. Thank you!

Great location and spacious rooms! The showers water pressure was pretty weak but everything else was great. Goya was very attentive and communicative. Recommend :)

Staying at Dayar's place was perfect - peaceful neighborhood, close located mall, amazing view from the windows! Even there was some troubles with locked door by my fault so Dayar responded and managed it incredibly fast👍Gonna suggest this place to each my friends visiting Ulaanbaatar

The new building and the room were clean, and the room was spacious, so even a large group of people had a very comfortable stay! Everything you need is provided in the room.There was a convenience store nearby, and the location was good, so we had a pleasant time.

I’ve stayed with Tanan multiple times and his properties are always immaculate and exactly as pictured. He is super responsive and has clear instructions!

Tanan communicated well. The photos matched the website. He gave taxi instructions in English and Mongolian. He provided a very helpful video before check-in and was incredibly responsive.

Very nice apartment in a great location.

This is a great place for 10 or more people to use together. There are 3 double beds (3 rooms), 4 single beds (2 rooms), and 8 dorm beds. There are two bathrooms, so it's good for taking showers, and the hot water works well. There are also CU and nomim mart nearby, and it's nice to have pubs and restaurants nearby. This is the listing I'd like to visit again next time.

A great little apartment that had all we needed to be comfortable.

Our family loved our stay here. It felt like home with all the right stuff in all the right place. Everything is as described and looks like on picture. The bathrooms was so clean which was so important for me. The locatiion is also close to the city center. E-mart and coffe shops are in 5 min walk. Also we love this location for nearest big park where my dog could play. Thank you for host Boko. Yes i reccomend this AirBnB!

Above all, it was a great and quiet accommodation geographically.

Very nice flat equipped with all you need for a longer stay for work and making excursions. Partment is calm, as it does not face the busy streets. Nika very friendly and responsive, her apartment manager Oscar very knowledgeable and always helpful. We felt very well taken care of and only can recommend the place, the owner and Oscar.
